に無理がかかり故障の原因となつていた。 By the way, in the conventional water absorption preventer 1, even if water is sucked into the swelling agent 3, it is difficult to identify the solidified state from the outside of the container 2, so the pump may continue to operate even when ventilation is not possible. This put strain on the pump and caused it to malfunction.

This is the powder layer provided. The powder in the powder layer 23 includes, for example, polyvinyl alcohol, which is a condensation polymer of polyvinyl alcohol and formalin.
We use an acetal-based porous material that is in a contracted state when dry and expands when it absorbs moisture, and has a large water-holding capacity (JyuAron Co., Ltd.: trade name: JyuRapore).

Reference numeral 25 denotes a water-soluble coloring agent embedded in dots on the surface where the one powder layer 23 and the gelatin powder 24 are in contact with each other, and food red is used for good identification. Reference numeral 26 is a lid that closes both sides of the outer periphery of the container 22 by screwing, and a vent hole 27 is formed therein.

作業を中止する。 At this time, the red coloring agent 25 is dissolved in water and diffused, and the entire gelatin layer and powder layer 23 are colored red, so that it can be recognized from the outside that water has entered the water absorption preventer 21. The gelatinization of the gelatin powder 24 blocks the gas flow and makes it impossible to suck the gas, so the operation of the pump is stopped and the gas detection work is stopped.

The effect of preventing this can be further improved.

きる。 As explained above, this invention has a powder layer made of a powder that has high porosity when dry, expands when water is absorbed, and has a large water-holding capacity in the openings on both sides of a cylindrical transparent container. On the other hand, gelatin powder is filled between both powder layers to allow air to flow, and a water-soluble coloring agent is sealed in the contact surface between one of the powder layers and the gelatin powder. Therefore, even if water is absorbed during gas detection work, it will not flow into the gas detector due to the water retention capacity and expansion of the powder layer, and the gelatin powder will absorb water and gelatinize into a uniform layer. Can completely prevent moisture from passing through.

利点を有する。 Furthermore, since the coloring agent diffuses due to the absorption of moisture, the absorption of moisture can be immediately identified from the outside of the container, and gas inspection work can be stopped, which has the advantage of preventing damage to the sensor due to moisture.
