In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a glass vaporization tube, which has a gas inlet 2 near one end, a gas outlet 3 at the other end, and a sample boat 4 inside. is accommodated. 5 is a sample introduction port to the vaporization tube, and 6 is an operating rod for operating the sample boat from outside the tube. At least a portion of the operating stick is made of magnetic material and can be operated from the outside with a magnet. 7 is a liquid that absorbs gas in the pipe 8
This is the gas conduit that is introduced into the interior. Reference numeral 9 denotes an electric furnace for heating the vaporizing tube 1. 13 is a cap that closes the end of the vaporizing tube 1.

Next, a sample is introduced into the sample boat 4 through the sample introduction port 5, and the operating rod 6 is operated from the outside using a magnet to move the sample boat 4 into the vaporizing tube 1 heated in the electric furnace 9.
to a predetermined position, and vaporize the sample at this position. The gas in the vaporization tube 1 is introduced into the absorption liquid via the gas conduit 7. Since gas is always introduced from the gas inlet 2, the gas always flows in one direction within the gas conduit 7, and the absorption liquid 8 should never flow back through the conduit 7. However, gas inlet 2
If conditions such as a small amount of gas introduced from the tube, a small volume of the vaporizing tube 1, or heating the vaporizing tube 1 to a high temperature occur, the sample boat 4 may be moved to the vaporizing position. It was observed that a backflow of the absorbent liquid 8 occurred when This is because when the low-temperature sample boat 4 is moved to the high-temperature vaporization position, the temperature of that part drops rapidly, and the pressure inside the vaporization tube 1 drops accordingly.

The figure shows an example of a gas conduit for a vaporizer according to the present invention.
The tip of the conduit is made of a glass tube, and a check valve 10 consisting of a ball 11 and a valve seat 12 is provided there. The check valve can be installed at any position in the conduit 7, but it is easier to manufacture a liquid-tight valve than an air-tight valve, so it is preferable to install the check valve at the tip that is immersed in the absorption liquid during use, as shown in Figure 2. .
