Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケーシングのロータ室に内装したアウター
    ロータ及びインナーロータにおいて、アウターロ
    ータの歯底円付近より歯先円までの一側面にアウ
    ター逃し部を形成し、インナーロータの歯底円付
    近より歯先円までの一側面にインナー逃し部を形
    成し、そのアウター逃し部及びインナー逃し部が
    ケーシングのポート間仕切り部側に位置するよう
    に設けたことを特徴としたトロコイド型オイルポ
    ンプ。 (2) ケーシングのロータ室に内装したアウター
    ロータ及びインナーロータにおいて、アウターロ
    ータの歯底円付近より歯先円までの両側面にアウ
    ター逃し部を形成し、インナーロータの歯底円付
    近より歯先円までの両側面にインナー逃し部を形
    成したことを特徴としたトロコイド型オイルポン
    プ。 (3) ケーシングのロータ室に内装したアウター
    ロータ及びインナーロータにおいて、アウターロ
    ータの歯底円付近より、インナーロータの歯底円
    付近までの外径面位置に相当するポンプボデーの
    ポート間仕切り部が存在する円形面にボデー逃し
    部を形成したことを特徴としたトロコイド型オイ
    ルポンプ。 (4) ケーシングのロータ室に内装したアウター
    ロータ及びインナーロータにおいて、アウターロ
    ータの歯底円付近より、インナーロータの歯底円
    付近までの外径面位置に相当するポンプボデーの
    ポート間仕切り部が存在する円形面にボデー逃し
    部を、且つその外径面位置に相当するポンプカバ
    ーの内面にカバー逃し部をそれぞれ形成したこと
    を特徴としたトロコイド型オイルポンプ。 (5) ケーシングのロータ室に内装したアウター
    ロータ及びインナーロータにおいて、ポンプカバ
    ーの内面に、吸入ポート、吐出ポートに対応して
    バランスポートをそれぞれ形成し、アウターロー
    タの歯底円付近より歯先円までの一側面にアウタ
    ー逃し部を形成し、インナーロータの歯底円付近
    より歯先円までの一側面にインナー逃し部を形成
    し、そのアウター逃し部及びインナー逃し部がポ
    ンプカバー側に位置するように設けたことを特徴
    としたトロコイド型オイルポンプ。 (6) ケーシングのロータ室に内装したアウター
    ロータ及びインナーロータにおいて、ポンプカバ
    ーの内面に、吸入ポート、吐出ポートに対応して
    バランスポートをそれぞれ形成し、アウターロー
    タの歯底円付近より、インナーロータの歯底円付
    近までの外径面位置に相当するポンプカバーの内
    面にカバー逃し部を形成した特徴としたトロコイ
    ド型オイルポンプ。
