In addition, in order to improve the dimensional accuracy of molded products and prevent the occurrence of cracks, the injection speed is switched to multiple stages during the filling process, and the filling pressure (holding pressure) is also adjusted in the holding pressure process after filling.

The switching timing varies. Also,
In the case of microcomputer control, the movement state of the injection cylinder during the injection process (consisting of the filling process and pressure holding process) is detected by a sensor, and the injection speed and filling pressure are switched based on the data. However, the timing of switching varies depending on the sampling timing of the sensor.

In the filling process up to, an example is shown in which the injection speed is switched to four stages. That is, the first switching point (P 1 ) and the second switching point correspond to the progress state of the injection cylinder.
The injection speed is switched at the switching point (P 2 ) and the third switching point (P 3 ), and the injection cylinder is at the first speed position from the start point (P 0 ) until it reaches the first switching point (P 1 ). Then, the injection speed is at the first speed (V 1 ), and at the second speed position from the first switching point (P 1 ) to the second switching point (P 2 ), the injection speed is at the second speed (V 2 ).
At the third speed position from the second switching point (P 2 ) to the third switching point (P 3 ), the injection speed is at the third speed (V 3 ).
Furthermore, in the fourth speed position from the third switching point (P 3 ) to the holding pressure switching point (P 4 ), the injection speed is changed so that the molten resin is filled into the mold at the injection speed of the fourth speed (V 4 ). The switch is now being made.

In other words, in the case of the above-mentioned relay control, if there is no delay in the ON/OFF operation of the relay contacts, for example, the first speed (V 1 ) is switched from the second speed (V 2 ) at the first switching point (P 1 ). Although it changes,
Since relays are mechanical switching means using elastic contacts, there is inevitably a delay in on/off operation.
For example, after passing the first switching point (P 1 ), the first speed (V 1 ) is switched to the second speed (V 2 ) with a delay.
This delay time (Δt 1 , Δt 2 , Δt 3 , etc. in FIG. 9) varies depending on the relay used.

ある。 Furthermore, in the case of microcomputer control, the timing of sensor sampling is determined by a program. Therefore, while controlling each part of the injection molding machine according to a predetermined programmed routine, for example, if the sampling timing of the injection speed happens to coincide with the first switching point (P 1 ), the 1st gear (V 1 ) at the time
The engine switches to second speed (V 2 ). However, in the control routine, if the first switching point (P 1 ) comes after the step of sampling the injection speed, the conventional first switching point will continue until the next sampling step.
Injection is performed at the same speed (V 1 ), and the injection speed is not sampled until the next sampling step, at which time the first speed (V 1 ) is switched to the second speed (V 2 ). In this case as well, a delay occurs in the switching operation. Therefore, the delay times (Δt 1 , Δt 2 , Δt 3 , etc. in FIG. 9) vary depending on the correspondence between the sensor sampling timing in the program and the actual switching time.

Although the output pattern is as shown in the figure, the aforementioned delay times (Δt 1 , Δt 2 , Δt 3 , etc.) appear as they are.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention detects injection conditions such as injection speed and/or filling pressure during molding at a predetermined sampling period, and compares the detected value with a preset target value. In an injection molding machine that is controlled to match the injection conditions with a target value by a control signal output based on the comparison result, for example, the first speed of the injection speed related to the injection conditions. a first target set value such as, for example, a second speed of injection speed, and a second target set value such as, for example, a first switching point at which the first target set value switches to a second target set value. the switching point, and the first switching point from that switching point.
a set value switching pattern in which the inclination angle changes linearly over time toward a second target set value from the target set value of A setting means such as a dial type or numeric keypad type setting device that can arbitrarily set the injection conditions, and a potentiometer for detecting the injection cylinder position or a filling device that detects the injection conditions at a predetermined sampling period according to a control program. A detection means such as a pressure gauge for detecting resin pressure is used to compare the detected value from the detection means with a target value preset by the setting means, and the injection conditions are set based on the comparison result. and a control section, such as a microcomputer, which outputs a control signal so that the value matches the target value set by the setting means.

If the temperature has been raised, the process proceeds to S42, and it is determined whether or not the nozzle touch has been completed. If it has been completed, the process advances to the next step. After other judgments and executions (not shown) are made, it is determined in S50 whether the position of the tip of the screw is in the first speed position, and if so, in S51 the position is in the first speed position.
At V 1 , the mold is filled with synthetic resin. When it is determined in S52 that the position of the tip of the screw has reached the second speed position as the screw advances, the synthetic resin is filled in the second speed V2 in S53. When it is determined in S54 that the tip position has reached the third speed position, S5
4, filling with synthetic resin takes place in third speed V3 . During these filling steps, the first filling pressure is maintained in S56, a check is made in S57 as to whether or not the filling step has been completed, and when the filling step is completed, an indication that the filling step has been completed is displayed in S58.

If the answer is NO in S59, the process advances to S62 and a charge flag is set.

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a relationship between an actuation delay A of an actuator that operates an injection cylinder (screw, etc.) by air pressure or a motor, and an inclination angle ΘA. As shown in the figure, the inclination angle Θ of the switching pattern Q
If is set to be larger than the inclination angle ΘA of the actuation delay A of the actuator, the actuation delay A can be absorbed by the switching pattern Q.

Since the present invention is configured as described above,
The output pattern when changing injection conditions such as injection speed and (and) filling pressure is almost constant in all cases, with no variation, and the delay in the actuator that operates the injection cylinder can be absorbed, resulting in stable quality. This enables precise molding.
