It is inconvenient to readjust the length of the seatbelt, and in order to solve this problem, ordinary occupant restraints, such as those disclosed in ``Kokai No. 56-42450'', are used. At times, seat belt anchor devices have been proposed that are movable as the seat is moved.

Since the seat belt 13 is not necessarily always latched, and the holding member 16 will not be destroyed unless a certain load is applied, it is not guaranteed that the seat belt 13 will be locked against the bar member 12 in an emergency. However, if this lock is not performed, the load applied by the seat belt 12 will be directly transmitted to the seat cushion 2 of the seat 1, and a force will be applied to the seat 1 in the direction of separating it from the floor surface 3. , sheet slider 4
There is a risk that the seat 1 will be deformed and the seat 1 will be in a fixed state, which is an inconvenience that will hinder escape from the vehicle.

のである。Summary of the invention In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention includes a guide rod-like member in which a large number of engaging pawls are formed at required intervals and is attached to the vehicle body along the direction of movement of the seat, and a guide rod-like member that is inserted through the guide rod-like member. a base plate which is pivotally attached to the seat so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction and to which the seat belt is connected; The base plate consists of an engaging member that has a diameter larger than the spacing between the engaging claws, and a holding member that is cylindrical in shape and can be deformed or destroyed under a load greater than the required load. , the holding member is movably held with respect to the guide rod-like member by rolling contact with the tip of the engaging claw;
When an excessive occupant restraint load is applied to the seat belt, the holding member is deformed or destroyed and rotates, and the engaging member engages with the engaging claw of the guide rod-like member and is locked to the guide rod-like member. It was designed so that

0, the rod-shaped member 12 is directly inserted into the insertion portion 14a of the base plate 14, and the engagement pin 15 of the base plate 14 is made of a material that breaks when a certain load is applied, such as a resin material as described above. A holding member 21 formed in a cylindrical shape having a diameter larger than the interval between the engaging claws 11 of the rod-shaped member 12 is rotatably fitted and corresponds to the engaging claws 11 of the rod-shaped member 12.

The engagement pin 15 contacts the engagement claws 11 and 11 via the holding member 21.
The state corresponds to the groove portion 11a between (the sixth
(See Figure A), when the seat 1 is adjusted to move forward and backward with the seat slider 4 in this state, the holding member 21 is rotated and the rod-shaped member 1
By climbing over the engaging claws 11 of 2 step by step, the base plate 14 is moved over the rod-shaped member 1.
2 in a click-stop state, the seat 1 can be moved to the desired adjustment position without any hindrance.

ことになる。 When the occupant is tilted forward relative to the seat 1 due to a collision or the like, a load is applied diagonally forward to the seat belt 13, and therefore the seat belt 13 is connected via the buckle 13a. The base plate 14 rotates in the load direction,
Due to the rotational force caused by this load, the holding member 21 together with the engaging pin 15 is moved to the corresponding engaging claw 1.
When the load is light, the seat belt 13 is locked in this state via the base plate 14, and when the load is excessive, the force applied to the holding member 21 is large. At this time, the holding member 21 made of a resin material bites into the groove 11a and is finally destroyed.
(see Figure 6B)
4 is locked against the rod-shaped member 12 so as not to be slidable.

ことになる。 In this way, the seat belt anchor device 2 of this example
According to No. 0, when adjusting the movement of the seat 1 back and forth, the holding member 21 passes over the engaging claws 11 step by step, so that the sliding of the base plate 14 as the seat 1 is adjusted moves like a clip-stop. The holding member 21 provides a good feeling to the occupant who is restrained by the seat belt 13.
is two adjacent engaging claws 1 at any position.
1 and 11, and the engagement pin 15 corresponds to the groove 11a between the engagement claws, so when a load is applied to the seatbelt 13, the seatbelt 13 is in contact with the groove 11a between the engagement claws. It is quickly and reliably locked, so that the load is reliably transferred to the bar member 12.
Since it is transmitted to the floor surface 3 side through the air and is hardly applied to the main body of the seat 1, there is no risk of deformation of the seat 1.
The occupant is safely restrained to the seat and can move the seat with almost no hindrance when escaping from the vehicle.

ことになる。 In this example, the holding member 21 is made of a resin material that can be destroyed under a certain load.
The material is not limited to this, and a more flexible material may be used. In this case, the holding member is not destroyed, but deforms and bites into the groove 11a between the engaging claws 11, and locking is performed in the same manner as described above.

効果を有する。Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the seat belt anchor device of the present invention, when adjusting the movement of the seat in the longitudinal direction, the holding member climbs over the engaging portion step by step. It is possible to give the feeling of moderation like a click stop in sliding, giving a good feeling to the occupant restrained by the seat belt, and the engaging member is always directly connected to the engaging pawl via the holding member. Since it corresponds to
When a load is applied to the seatbelt, the holding member is destroyed at that position, which quickly and reliably locks the seatbelt. Therefore, the load is transmitted to the floor side via the rod-shaped member and is applied to the seat. Since almost no force is applied to the seat, there is no peeling force applied to the seat from the floor due to the load, and the occupant is safely restrained and held in the seat, and the seat remains movable to allow them to escape from the vehicle. It has various effects, such as significantly improving reliability in emergency locking and evacuation operations in the event of a collision.
