止し、摺動具10には前記吊り索6の先端が止
着される担架支持腕11を水平方向に向けて固
着し、支柱5の下端には支柱5を回動自在に支
持する回動支持部13を設けて昇降装置2は構
成され、担架支持腕11の先端部に形成される
担架掛止部18には担架1の基端部が掛止さ
れ、基台4には下降する担架1を受け入れる位
置に浴槽3が配設されて構成され、前記支柱5
に平行な吊り索ケース14を支柱5の上端と下
端とで固定し、吊り索ケース14の下方部分に
ガイドフレーム17を取着し、支柱5を一方回
動端に回動して担架支持腕11を浴槽3に向け
た時、ガイドフレーム17面に浴槽3の内部一
側壁32面が同一平面状に並ぶ様に浴槽3を基
台4に取り付け、また支柱5を他方回動端に回
動して担架支持腕11を浴槽3の外方に向けた
時、ガイドフレーム17面と同一平面状に並ぶ
