Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 6, this type of bathing transfer device has a support frame erected on one side of the bathtub, a rotary arm that rotates in a vertical plane on the support frame, and an L-shaped stretcher supported from the rotary arm. There is one in which the arm is extended and the rotating arm is rotated with the stretcher placed on the L-shaped stretcher support arm always kept in a horizontal position. In such conventional devices, the distance between the stretcher position when bathing in the bathtub and the stretcher position when connected to the stretcher is determined by the length of the rotating arm, and the stretcher moves up and down in the bathtub with limited width. When doing so, it is best to minimize lateral movement of the stretcher as much as possible. To do this, the rotating arm is lengthened, the angle of rotation of the arm is reduced, and lateral movement is reduced. However, because the rotating arm is made longer, the position where the stretcher is aligned with the stretcher is away from the bathtub, which wastes bathroom space. There is a problem that it becomes difficult.

Furthermore, since the rotary arm moves in a circular motion, the stretcher moves at a position much higher than the edge of the bathtub, which causes anxiety to the patient. Furthermore, if the height of the stretcher is changed, it will move laterally, making it difficult to connect to the stretcher, and the patient will be positioned off-center in the bathtub, interfering with the movement of the patient's limbs and assistance work. The problem is that it invites

Another conventional device, as shown in Fig. 7, is a guide frame in which a horizontal part, a vertical part, and a curved part from both ends of the horizontal part to the vertical part are integrally formed in a casing placed outside one end of the bathtub. The stretcher support shaft on which the stretcher is placed extends horizontally from the casing toward the bathtub, and the stretcher support shaft moves while being guided by the guide frame, thereby moving the stretcher between the bathtub and the outside of the bathtub. There is a device that activates bathing and exiting. In such conventional devices, the drive mechanism that drives the stretcher support shaft that moves within the housing has a large capacity, and the frame bodies such as the crossbeams and horizontal movement frame that slide and hold the stretcher support shaft move in the horizontal direction of the stretcher. The disadvantage is that the distance is slightly longer than the moving distance, the casing is large, the manufacturing cost is high, and the area occupied by the device is large.

Another conventional device, as shown in Fig. 8, is a hydraulic lift equipped with an L-shaped arm that rotates and moves up and down on the outside of the bathtub, and a frame on which a stretcher is placed is attached to the horizontal end of the L-shaped arm. There is a device that is attached to a shaft. Such conventional devices have the disadvantage that each time the stretcher placed on the frame is moved between the inside and outside of the bathtub, the position of the stretcher needs to be adjusted, which increases the labor burden during bathing assistance.

Therefore, this invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and when entering and exiting the bath, the position of the stretcher can always be in the same direction as the bathtub, and the height and horizontal movement can be changed freely.
The purpose is to provide a device that is small and eliminates the trouble of bathing assistance.

To move the stretcher 11 horizontally from outside the bathtub 1 to above the bathtub 1, pressurized oil from the hydraulic pump 27 is injected into one injection port of the rotational hydraulic cylinder 17 connected to the operating rod 16 of the rotation tube 5. Then, the rotation hydraulic cylinder 17 is contracted, and the operating rod 16 is pulled to rotate the rotation cylinder 5. The rotational force of the rotating tube 5 is transmitted from the protrusion 30 on the inner surface of the rotating tube 5 to the keyway 31 of the grooved sliding tube 6 to rotate the grooved sliding tube 6.
As the grooved sliding tube 6 rotates, the parallel arm 8 moves in a fan-like manner on a horizontal plane, and the stretcher 11 moves via the L-shaped arm 10. Since the parallel arm 8 forms a parallelogram link mechanism with the support 13 and the L-shaped arm 10, when the support 13 is fixed and the parallel arm 8 moves in a fan shape, the stretcher 11 moves in parallel.

To move the stretcher 11 from above the bathtub 1 to outside the bathtub 1, pressurized oil is injected into the other injection port of the rotating hydraulic cylinder 17, and the pressure oil already supplied from the injection port is used to close the on-off valve 33 of the piping route. By opening and discharging, the rotating hydraulic cylinder 17 is extended, the operating rod 16 is pushed, the rotating cylinder 5 is rotated in the opposite direction to that described above, and the stretcher 11 is moved in parallel.

When the stretcher 11 is immersed in the bathtub 1 and the patient is taking a bath, the ring blower 21 is driven by operating the operation unit 29 to blow compressed air through the grooved sliding tube 6, parallel arm 8, and L.
The hot water is discharged from the bubble plate 12 through the shaped arm 10 to generate bubbles.

As mentioned above, if the grooved sliding tube, parallel arms, and L-shaped arms are used for air pressure, and air bubbles are generated from the air bubble plate installed in the center of the stretcher, the stretcher can be placed anywhere in the bathtub. Optimal bubble administration to the patient can be achieved regardless of the location. Furthermore, since the parallel arms and the like are located at a higher level than the water level in the bathtub, it is even more convenient to avoid hot water in the bathtub from flowing back into the ring blower and causing the ring blower to malfunction.

In addition, if the bathtub is not provided with any protrusions such as bubble plates, the bathtub can be cleaned easily, and the bathtub can be used in a clean manner, since dirt is prevented from accumulating on the inner walls of the bathtub.

In this invention, the raising of the stretcher 11 during bathing, the raising of the stretcher 1
A limit switch is provided at each end of a series of operations, such as horizontal movement of the stretcher 11, lowering of the stretcher 11, raising of the stretcher 11 at the time of bathing, horizontal movement of the stretcher 11, and lowering of the stretcher 11, and a limit switch is provided at the end of each stroke of the stretcher 11. Of course, it is possible to make the stretcher perform the above series of operations.

Since the parallel arms that support the stretcher are composed of parallel links, the stretcher moves parallel and the direction of the stretcher does not deviate from the direction of the bathtub, making it easy to align the direction of the stretcher with the direction of the bathtub when bathing a patient. It is possible to reduce the number of steps required.

In addition, the parallel movement of the stretcher on the horizontal plane is performed by rotating the grooved sliding tube by expanding and contracting the rotation hydraulic cylinder, so the bathtub position and the lowered position of the stretcher outside the bathtub can be determined by any parallel movement of the stretcher. This allows the bathroom space to be used more effectively without wasting space in the bathroom.

In addition, the stretcher can be moved up and down and adjusted in height as desired by expanding and contracting the lifting hydraulic cylinder that supports the support, so when moving parallel on a horizontal plane, the height of the stretcher rises to a slightly higher level than the edge of the bathtub. This eliminates the need for patients placed on stretchers to feel anxious due to being lifted to a high position.

In addition, the drive source for raising and lowering the stretcher and for parallel movement of the stretcher is carried out by the hydraulic cylinder for lifting and lowering and the hydraulic cylinder for rotation, which improves the efficiency of the operation of the hydraulic cylinder for lifting and lowering the support body, and the effect of the hydraulic cylinder for rotation on the operating rod. Due to its highly efficient configuration, the scale of the hydraulic pump and both hydraulic cylinders was extremely small, reducing manufacturing costs.

In addition, since the parallel movement of the stretcher is performed by the rotation of the grooved sliding tube, there is no need for horizontal frames, etc. that correspond to the distance the stretcher can be moved in conventional devices, and the outer size of the casing can be made smaller, saving space. This made it possible to contribute even more.
