INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FIELD The present invention relates to a sauna device, and more specifically, to a sauna device that supplies radon ions into a sauna room so that the radon ions effectively act on the occupants. Conventional technology Conventionally, commonly available sauna equipment only promotes sweating by creating a closed room with high temperature and humidity (wet type, so-called steam bath), or a high temperature of nearly 100 degrees Celsius (dry type). Therefore, it mainly only evaporates water from the body, but has almost no effect on removing neutral fats, cholesterol, etc. In this way, conventional sauna equipment has the effect of temporarily reducing body weight due to evaporation of water immediately after use, but when the same amount of water is absorbed, the body weight returns to the same weight, resulting in so-called excess body weight. It has almost no slimming effect in removing sex fat, cholesterol, and waste products. As described above, since the conventionally provided sauna devices have almost no slimming effect, the present inventor first decided to
Radon gas, which has a strong ionizing effect, is supplied into the sauna room, and when the radon gas is absorbed into the body through breathing during a hot bath, it activates the body and removes neutral fat, cholesterol, and waste products, and also has a positive effect on the blood. We provide a sauna device that purifies the blood by being absorbed, promotes the activation of skin cells and removes waste from deep within the pores, and has effects such as slimming, beauty, and health recovery. (Patent Application No. 61-97395). Purpose of the invention The present invention aims to improve the sauna device previously provided, so that the radon gas is efficiently absorbed by the occupants, and thus the various effects of radon gas are effectively performed. It is something to do. Structure and operation of the invention In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides a sauna room whose entire periphery, including the ceiling and entrance/exit door, is hermetically surrounded by heat insulating material, and a seat is installed along one wall. A handrail is installed on the upper wall of the seat at a portion where the head is approximately located when the seat is seated, and the handrail is formed of a tubular member and is connected via piping to a radon generator that is supplied into the sauna room. and a sauna device characterized in that a radon ion outlet is provided in the handrail, and radon ions can be directly injected from the radon ion outlet to the part of the head located above the handrail. This is what we provide. As mentioned above, the radon ion outlet is installed on the handrail on which you lean your head while sitting.
Radon ions are directly injected into the head near the respiratory organs, and the radon ions are efficiently absorbed into the body.In addition, the head is cooled by the radon ions in the sauna room, which has a high temperature and high humidity atmosphere, reducing hot flashes and heat pain. It is resolved due to the harshness. Moreover, since it is installed in the area where the head is located when sitting, when standing up and facing the handrail side, radon ions are sprayed from the face to the chest, and even in this case, radon ions are efficiently absorbed. I can do it. Embodiments Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. The sauna device of the embodiment is a small one for single people, and the sauna room 1 is formed in a sealed manner by integrally assembling a floor panel 2, a wall panel 3 consisting of four sides, front, back, left, and right, and a ceiling panel 4. Each of the above panels 2, 3, 4
As shown in Fig. 4, a composite panel is used in which a heat insulating material 6 is interposed between noncombustible plywood 5 on both sides, and the wall panels 3 and the wall panel 3 and the ceiling panel 4 are made of FRP. They are connected via corner members 7 to ensure the airtightness of the room and to prevent the ends of the panels from being seen from the outside. Front wall panel 3
A doorway 8 is provided approximately in the center of A, and the doorway 8
An outward-opening opening/closing door 9 is attached to the. On the floor panel 5, facing the front wall panel 3A, a footboard 10 made of a material with poor thermal conductivity and water absorption, such as a wooden board, is installed. Also,
A seat 11 made of a wooden box is installed along the entire length facing the right side wall panel 3B. A radon generator 12 is housed inside the seat 11, and the seat side surface 11 of the front wall panel 3A
The side surface 11a is exposed to the outside as an opening at the portion facing a, and an air intake port 11b is provided on the side surface 11a, and a radon control panel 13 is attached. On the right side panel 3B located above the seat 11, a handrail 14 made of a wooden tubular material is protruded over the entire length, at a position where the user's head rests when sitting on the seat. The handrail 14 is connected to a pipe 15 that supplies radon ions generated by the radon generator 12 together with the outside air from the air intake port 11b, and has a radon ion outlet 14a spaced at a predetermined interval in front of the handrail 14. is provided, and radon ions are injected from the outlet 14a. The radon generator 12 generates approximately 14 radon ions/
I try to spray it in minutes. At that time, the amount of radon generated should be 25 to 27 ME, 5.5 ME according to Japanese hot spring regulations,
The amount of radon is increased compared to the Japanese therapeutic spring regulation 8.25ME. The footboard 10 and seat 11 on the floor panel 5
The rest of the room is large enough to allow occupants to stand up and do appropriate exercise such as stepping on their feet, and a floor panel heater 17 is installed across the entire remaining space through an asbestos board 16 of a heat insulating board. A high heat storage material 18 is filled on top with a substantially constant thickness. The floor panel heater 17 heats at a temperature in the range of 50 to 70°C, and preferably has a surface temperature of 60°C. The high heat storage material 18 is a sand grain-like material whose main component is salt, with a weight ratio of 30 to 90% salt and 5 to 50% sodium sulfate.
Weight ratio, sodium bicarbonate 2-30% weight ratio, borax 1-5% weight ratio, carrion 0.5-20% weight ratio,
A sodium polyphosphate having a weight ratio of 0.3 to 5% is used. Further, the particle size of the high heat storage material 17 is about 12 Ml to 80 Ml, the dryness is 97 to 95%, and it is laid with a thickness of about 8 to 10 cm. Furthermore, inside the sauna room, there is a left side wall panel 3C.
A box 26 containing a humidifier 25 is attached to the upper end, and a humidifying outlet 27 is provided at the center of the inner surface of the box 26, and a humidifying outlet is provided on the side surface extending outside from the opening of the front wall panel 3A. There are 28. Water vapor is injected into the sauna room from the humidifier 25 at a rate of about 15 minutes per minute to bring the humidity of the entire room to 50~50.
It is maintained at 70%, preferably 60%. Also, along both corners of the left side wall panel 3C,
In addition to installing far-infrared heaters 30A and 30B upright from the floor, far-infrared heaters 3 are also installed on the wall above the seat 11.
Install the 0C horizontally, from the side of the sauna room toward the center of the room, with a diameter of 12 to 30 microns, preferably 28
It emits far-infrared rays of ~30 microns. The far-infrared heaters 30A to 30C are controlled to have a temperature within a predetermined range by a thermostat. Furthermore, inside the sauna room 1, there is a ceiling panel 5.
At the same time, a thermometer 37 and a hygrometer 38 are installed, and a far-infrared heater 30 is installed.
A to 30C, floor panel heater 17, humidifier 25,
Operation switch panel 4 that can control the temperature and humidity of
7 is attached to the room, and the person entering the room can operate these to control the temperature and humidity to any desired value within the above-mentioned fixed range. In the sauna device having the above-described structure, when a person who enters the sauna room 1 sits on the stool 11 and leans his head on the handrail 14, radon ions are ejected from the air outlet 14a of the handrail 14.
Radon ions are sprayed directly onto the head, allowing the radon ions to be efficiently absorbed into the body and cooling the head, making it possible to prevent hot flushes and shortness of breath in a high temperature, high humidity atmosphere. Furthermore, if you stand on the high heat storage material 18 of the floor panel heater 17 and face the handrail 14, radon ions will be sprayed directly onto your face, chest, etc. from the outlet 14a, and the radon ions will be efficiently absorbed. You can. When radon ions are efficiently absorbed into the body in this way, radon is a gas with the most powerful ionizing effect among substances in nature, so it activates the body and eliminates neutral fat, cholesterol, excess sugar, etc. Removes waste products from the body by sweating. Therefore, not only water but also fat can be effectively removed from the body, resulting in a slimming effect that does not cause so-called "weight gain". moreover,
Radon ions are absorbed directly into the blood from the lungs, purifying the blood and contributing to health recovery. Furthermore, this sauna room has the original effect of a sealed high-temperature and humid sauna room, that is, the sweating effect, and also has a unique effect. That is, since the high heat storage material 18 is filled on the floor panel heater 17 of the sauna room 1, the salt and sodium sulfate, which are the main components of the high heat storage material 18, perform a dehydration effect and increase the amount of water in the body. At the same time, sodium bicarbonate opens the pores of the skin and promotes sweating. and contains ausa,
Smoothes the skin with carbon dioxide gas generated from Karion, sodium polyphosphate and sodium bicarbonate. Furthermore, the high heat storage material 18 has a deodorizing effect and can eliminate unpleasant odors peculiar to sauna rooms. In addition, far-infrared heaters 30A to 30C are installed, and the heaters emit light with the longest wavelength of sunlight from almost the entire periphery toward the center, so far-infrared rays are irradiated over the whole body of the person entering the room. be done. Therefore, it also has physical and chemical therapeutic effects such as sterilizing effects of infrared rays, and in particular, as far infrared rays use a wavelength of 28 to 30 microns, which has a high penetration rate, it penetrates deep into the human body and improves blood circulation. , has the effect of warming the body from the core. <<Example>> Seven people A to G shown in Table 1 below entered the sauna room for 25 minutes, measured their weight before and after that, and measured the weight loss effect of bathing in the sauna room. In addition, in the sauna room, the indoor temperature is 40 to 65℃, the humidity is 50 to 70%, and the surface temperature of the high heat storage material is 52℃.
The subjects were seated on a stool with particles of high heat storage material covering their feet.

[Table] As is clear from the above table, when the sauna room of the present invention was used, the weight was reduced by 1.20 to 1.90 kg. In this way, this sauna device not only has the above-mentioned slimming effect, but also has beauty and therapeutic effects.
It is possible to use the device at a low temperature of about 40 to 65 degrees Celsius to produce the same sweating effect and at the same time produce other unique effects without using it at a high temperature of 120 degrees Celsius. Effects of the invention As is clear from the above explanation, in the sauna device according to the invention, radon ions are ejected from the handrail that holds the head while sitting, so radon ions can be efficiently absorbed into the body. At the same time, the radon ions can cool the head and make it comfortable. Furthermore, since the handrail is used as a radon ion outlet, there is no need for a special member for blowing out radon ions, resulting in various advantages such as cost reduction and easy assembly. It goes without saying that radon ions, when absorbed into the body, have slimming and beauty effects.
