Claims (1)
- ガス溜め容器の両側に放電細管が固定され、放
電細管の先端に共振器ミラーを固着したレーザ管
と、このレーザ管を固定し、収納するケースと、
レーザ管を冷却した空気をケース上部を排気口か
ら排出する手段とからなる空冷ガスレーザ発振器
において、前記レーザ管のガス溜め容器をおおう
外殻を有することを特徴とする空冷ガスレーザ発
振器。
