- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 主軸頭に回転自在に軸承した筒状主軸の軸穴に
主軸軸線方向に進退軸動可能に挿通され前記進退
軸動によつて前記主軸の一端に把持部材を介して
工具を固定、釈放するプツシユロツドと、 このプツシユロツドに摺動可能に嵌合され、か
つプツシユロツドに固定されたストツパに当接し
てクランプ用スプリングの弾機力をプツシユロツ
ドに伝達しプツシユロツドを常に工具固定方向に
押動するスプリング受けと、 主軸頭に対し主軸軸線方向に移動可能であり、
通常はスプリング力にて所定位置に位置決めされ
前記クランプ用スプリングの圧縮方向に前記スプ
リング受けを押動して工具固定方向の押圧力を解
除するアンクランプ用シリンダと、 このアンクランプ用シリンダと一体的に設けら
れ前記把持部材が工具を釈放する位置にプツシユ
ロツドを押動するプツシユロツド操作用シリンダ
とを備え、 前記プツシユロツド操作用シリンダのピストン
ロツドに係合部材を一体に設け、このピストンロ
ツドの後退位置において前記係合部材に係合する
係合部をプツシユロツドに形成したことを特徴と
する主軸工具着脱装置。
