(Prior art and its problems) As a balancer for a lift window as described above, there is a pantograph link system in which the lower side of the lift window body is supported by a pantograph link mechanism biased in the extension direction by a spring or the like. balancers are common. This pantograph link type balancer has the disadvantage that it requires a large number of parts, takes time to assemble, and is expensive. As a balancer that can eliminate these drawbacks, there is a so-called Schilleren balancer in which the lower side of the elevating window body is supported by the free end of a single vertically swinging link that is biased in the upward movement direction by a spring or the like. However, in this Schilleren balancer, as the lift window body moves up and down, the window body support position of the vertical swing link moves in the width direction of the window body, so that the lower side of the lift window body It is not possible to stably support the center part of the side (directly below the center of gravity). Therefore, a moment is applied to tilt the elevating window body,
There is a drawback that the elevating window main body cannot be raised and lowered smoothly.

(Means for solving the problems) The present invention proposes a balancer for elevating windows that can solve the conventional problems as described above.
The feature is that the single free end of the lower link of the double center-folded link is pivoted to the fixing frame directly below the center of the lower side of the elevator window body, and as the double center-folded link bends and stretches, the two A guide link that restricts the free end of the upper link of the link so that it moves up and down approximately vertically is interposed between the intermediate portion of the upper link of the center-folded double link and the fixed machine frame. The free end of the upper link alone of the link is engaged with the center part of the lower side of the elevator window main body, and the center fold 2 is connected between the arm connected from the lower link single body of the double center fold link and the fixed machine frame. The point is that the biasing means for biasing the link in the extension direction is installed in a substantially horizontal state.

(Effect of the invention) In the balancer of the invention as described above,
The lifting window main body is urged in the upward direction by the center-fold double link which is urged in the extension direction by the urging means, and the magnitude of the urging force of the urging means is adjusted to By selecting it in accordance with the weight of the window body, it can function as a balancer that reduces the required force when raising the elevating window body.

Moreover, although it can be constructed from a total of three individual links, two upper and lower links forming the double center-fold link and one guide link, the support position of the elevating window main body by the double center-fold link is limited. can be made substantially constant at the center of the lower side of the elevating window body, and applies an upward biasing force directly below the center of gravity of the elevating window body, regardless of the vertical position of the elevating window body, and No tilting moment is required.

In addition, the guide link that regulates the bending/extension movement locus of the double center-folded link as described above is naturally longer than the lower link alone of the double center-folded link, and moreover, when the elevator window body is at the upper limit position, The upright angle is smaller than that of the single lower link of the double center-fold link. Therefore, compared to the case where a biasing means is connected to an arm connected from such a guide link to urge the center-fold double link in the extension direction, the center-fold double link as described above is In the structure of the present invention in which a biasing means is connected to an arm connected from a single lower link to bias the center-folded double link in the direction of extension, a small type with a small amount of expansion and contraction is used as the biasing means. If the amount of expansion and contraction is the same, one with a weak biasing force can be used. In other words, even if a compact urging means with a small amount of expansion and contraction or a urging means with a relatively weak urging force is used, the above-mentioned medium is short and the rising angle is large when the elevator window main body is at the upper limit position. Since the lower link of the double bent link is biased in the upright direction, a sufficient balancer effect can be obtained.

Reference numeral 14 denotes a guide link, one end of which is attached to a support shaft 1 at the middle of the upper link of the double link 5.
5, and the other end is pivotally connected to the fixed machine frame 9 by a support shaft 16, so that the center bend 2
The locus of the bending and stretching movement of the double center-bent link 5 is regulated so that the free end of the single upper link 6, that is, the rotating body 11, moves up and down approximately vertically as the link 5 bends and stretches. . Of course in this case,
The free end of the upper link unit 6, that is, the rotating body 1
1 will be displaced slightly in the horizontal and lateral directions, but this displacement is allowed by the movement of the rotating body 11 within the horizontal channel 13.

Reference numeral 17 denotes a biasing means for urging the double center-folded link 5 in the extension direction, and is connected to an arm 18 connected downwardly from the lower end of the single lower link 7 in the double center-folded link 5. It is composed of a tension coil spring 19 stretched horizontally between the machine frame 9 and the machine frame 9. Of course, the tension coil spring 19 is used as the biasing means 17, but when disposed on the opposite side of the arm 18, a compression coil spring or a gas spring or the like may also be used.

According to the above configuration, the tension coil spring 1
The lower link single body 7 of the double center-fold link 5 is urged in the upright direction around the support shaft 10 by the tensile force of 9, and this urging force causes the double center-fold link 5 to move along the imaginary line. It is biased in the direction from the bent position shown to the extended position shown by the solid line, that is, in the extended direction. The biasing force in the extension direction of the double center-bent link 5 is transmitted upward through the rotating body 11 and the channel member 13 to the center of the lower side of the elevating window main body 1, causing the elevating window main body 1 to be biased in the upward direction. You will be forced to do so. Therefore, the strength of the tension coil spring 19 is selected so that the biasing force acting upwardly on the elevator window main body 1 from the center-fold double link 5 is slightly smaller than the downward gravitational force acting on the elevator window main body 1. By keeping
It can function as a balancer that reduces the required force when raising and closing the elevating window main body 1.

When the elevator window main body 1 is lowered from the closed movement limit position shown by the solid line in FIG. 1 to the open movement limit position shown by the imaginary line,
The half-folded double link 5 in the extended position is transformed into a bent position, and the accompanying swinging of the arm 18 causes the tension coil spring 19 to be stretched.

As described above, when the double link 5 bends and stretches as the lift window main body 1 moves up and down, the free end of the single upper link 6, that is, the rotating body 11 that supports the lift window main body 1 moves up and down. The guide link 14 is bent 2 in the middle so that it moves up and down in a substantially straight line along an imaginary vertical line passing through the center position of the lower side of the window body 1.
Since the bending/extension movement locus of the link 5 is restricted, the lift window main body 1 is always supported by the double link 5 bent at the center in the width direction, that is, approximately directly below the center of gravity. In other words, since the lift window main body 1 always receives an upward biasing force at the center of the lower side, there is almost no possibility that the lift window main body 1 will be tilted by the biasing force.

In the embodiment, the double link 5 is driven to expand and contract by the fluid pressure supplied to the cylinder unit 20, and the elevating window main body 1 can be opened and closed in the vertical direction. The driving force for raising and closing can be reduced by the biasing force of the tension coil spring 19.

(Effects of the invention) As shown in the above embodiment, the lift window balancer of the invention has an extremely simple structure, requires a very small number of parts, and is easy to assemble compared to the conventional pantograph link type balancer. It is easy to perform and can significantly reduce costs.

Moreover, compared to the case where a biasing means is connected to an arm connected from the guide link to bias the center-fold double link in the extension direction, a small-sized biasing means and biasing force that can expand and contract are small. A sufficient balancer effect can be obtained even if a relatively weak biasing means is used.
