要な保有個数を最少限に止めて係るコストの低減
化、収納スペースの問題の解消、及びアタツチメ

ドレル貫通用孔6に嵌入可能に形成されたピン本
体1の一端部に該ピン本体1よりも大径で前記貫
通用孔6の下部に形成された下段部7と当接すべ
く形成した鍔状の段部2を設けると共に、前記ピ
ン本体1を貫通用孔6に嵌入せしめた際に該ピン
本体1を押圧アタツチメント5に係止させるため
の係止体3を前記ピン本体1に別途設けてなるに

従つて、上記構成よりなる差換ピンの使用に際

ント5に脱離を防止して装着することによつて前
記マンドレル貫通用孔6を閉塞し、該ピンを装着
せしめた位置をマンドレルを押圧するための押圧
面として使用できるのである。よつて、複数のピ
ンを押圧アタツチメント5の各マンドレル貫通用
孔6に着脱することによつて、該押圧アタツチメ
ント5の押圧面とマンドレル貫通用孔6との配列
が拡管を行なう管の配列に対応して種々任意に変
更可能となる。また、前記ピンによるマンドレル
の押圧は、ピン本体1の一端部の段部2を押圧ア
タツチメント5の下段部7と当接させるとによつ
て該ピンのマンドレル押圧方向への位置決めが強
固に行われるために、該マンドレルに大なる押圧
力を作用できることとなり、マンドレル押圧作業

に、C形止め輪3を下部部材5bの上側に位置さ
せて上部部材5aの下端に形成した溝8に係止さ
せるのである。従つて、差換ピン17はそのC形
止め輪3の係止により押圧アタツチメント5から
の不用意な脱落が防止されることとなる。また、
前記ピン17を装着せしめた押圧アタツチメント
5は、第3図に示す如く拡管装置のガイド軸9に
沿つて別途設けたシリンダー(図示せず)の動作
により上下動自在に設けられた押動体10の下部
と多数のマンドレル11,11a…を係止させて
なる取付体12との間の空間部13にその側方の
空間部19よりスライドさせて挿入して使用する
のである。尚、図中14は前記押圧アタツチメン
ト5の一側部に取着された係合体を示し、該係合
体14はガイド軸9の側方に別途設けたロツド先
端に係合部材15を有する往復動並びに回動自在
のシリンダー20にて押圧アタツチメント5を前
記空間部13へ自動的に挿脱させるためのもので
ある。然して、同図に示す如く押圧アタツチメン
ト5の3列10段の貫通用孔6にピン17を2列10
段で装着して該押圧用アタツチメント5を空間部
13に装着せしめた状態に於いて押動体10を下
降させれば、マンドレル11,11a…はそれに
伴つて下降してその下方に配置された拡管を行な
う熱交換器用の管16,16aの開口部に当接す
ることとなり、二列のピン17と当接する二列の
マンドレル11,11aは該ピン17の押圧力に
よつて管16,16aの開口部内に圧入して管1
6,16aは夫々拡管されることとなる。尚、該
拡管作業の際に於いてはピンの段部2が押圧アタ
ツチメント5の下段部7と当接するために、該ピ
ンの上下方向への位置ずれを生じることなく非常
に大きな力でマンドレル11…を押圧することが
できるのである。また、他方マンドレル11bは
その上方に位置する押圧アタツチメント5のマン
ドレル貫通孔6にピン17が何ら装着されておら
ないために、前記拡管を行なう管16,16aに
水平に嵌装せしめたフイン18へ先端部がただ単
に当接してその上部がマンドレル貫通孔6を挿通
することにより、フイン18が前記マンドレル1
1bによつて不当に押圧されて折曲するような事
