イ 〓考案の目的〓
弁の水密検証において、管と弁との間に全域に
亘り、局部的に水圧をかけて水密を検証すること

(従来の技術)
例をダムゲートにとり第4〜6図により従来の
ものの概要を説明する。1はダム堤体、2は貯水
池、3は洪水調節のためのゲート、4は放流管、
5は水密の為のスキンプレート、11は予備ゲー
ムを示す。ゲートの先端には、水密のため第4図
に示すような構造が必要である。第6図はゲート
の側面を示す。第4図において6は水密ゴム、7
はゴムを固定するための抑え板、8はゴムをのせ
るためのゴム受台、9はゲートの側桁、10はゴ
ム取付のためのボルトである。水密ゴム6が放流
管4の表面に当ることにより上流側の水を止める

ゲート3の水密性を確認するためにゴム6と放流
管4のあたりを見る程度である。その後ダム1が
完成し数ケ月後に貯水池2の水が所定の水位まで
上昇しないとゲート3の水密性が確認できない。
そのとき漏水箇所が発見されると、予備ゲート1
1の上流側の水を抜き、ゴム6と放流管4との当
りをボルト10によつて調整していた。問題点
は、従来、貯水池2の水位が上昇しないと確認で
きなかつたゲート弁の水密性能を製品完成直後
に、検証することにより水密性を向上しようとす

(4)管12の水密は接着剤14で行なうので取扱
いが容易、また管12と相手(放流管4および
