- 倣い機械、デイジタイザ、三次元測定機におい
て、倣い領域を設定し得るよう倣い領域の場所を
設定する倣い領域設定器と、倣い領域の形を設定
する倣い領域パタン設定器と、この領域パタンの
形を記憶する倣い領域パタン記憶器とを有するこ
とを特徴とする倣い制御装置。
