Claims (1)
- 倣い機械、デジタイザ、三次元測定機などの制
御装置に外部記憶装置を加えたものにおいて、上
記制御装置内の実行部からのデータ転送指令に基
づきデータ記憶メモリのデータを上記外部記憶装
置に転送すると共に上記実行部に転送完了指令を
行なうデータ転送部を有することを特徴とする倣
い制御装置。
