ンベヤー上に流出することにより、コンベヤーの
搬送部や駆動部が汚染されコンベヤーが故障した
り、また他の破損されていない容器を汚し、不適
正品の発生やライン稼動率の低下をもたらす。し
たがつて液状物を収納した容器をコンベヤーで運
搬する場合、容器の破損はできるかぎり早期に発
見し、破損容器を取り除き、コンベヤーを清浄に
する必要がある。

所設置することにより、コンベヤー上の漏液を迅
速にかつ簡易に感知することができる。これによ
り、漏液を吸収し汚れやすい紙容器、包装紙付き
容器あるいは段ボール等の搬送物の汚損を極力抑
制でき、またコンベヤーの故障も避けることがで
きるものである。
