  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絞りによつて高圧側と低圧側の圧力を測定して
    質量流量を測定するとき圧力変動による流体密度
    変化の補正を行い質量流量を表示器に表示する信
    号を出力する圧力補正形差圧発信器において、 高圧側または低圧側圧力のいずれか一方の絶対
    圧力を測定する絶対圧力センサと、高圧側および
    低圧側の両圧力の差圧を測定する差圧センサとを
    一体に形成した圧力センサと、 表示圧力をゲージ圧力と絶対圧力とを選択する
    手段と、 測定された絶対圧力からゲージ圧力に変換する
    変換器とを備えたことを特徴とする圧力補正形差
    圧発信器。
