    成された検出器筺体を有する流量測定装置におい
    て、 上記筺体内に固定された電磁流速計と、 筺体の電磁流速計後段底部に固定され大気圧が
    加えられた水圧を検出する絶対圧力センサと、 検出する流体の外部に設けられ、大気圧を検出
    する絶対圧力センサと、 各絶対圧力センサで検出した圧力の差を演算し
    水位を算出する水位演算手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする流量測定装置。 ２ 絶対圧力センサが弾性隔壁と、弾性隔壁の変
    位を検出するひずみゲージとからなり、弾性隔壁
    とひずみゲージ間を真空にシールして形成された
