As is well known, when moisture is present in a dissimilar metal junction where two types of metals come into contact, a polar battery is formed at that part and corrosion occurs in one of the metals. For example, the fuselage of an aircraft is constructed of aluminum or aluminum alloy in order to reduce weight. However, when electrically connecting the terminal of the grounding cable of an electrical device to a predetermined location on the aircraft, the material of the terminal If it is different from the fuselage, corrosion will occur due to the above-mentioned dissimilar metal joining. In such cases, conventionally,
As shown in Figure 3, a method was generally adopted in which the terminals were connected via disposable washers made of the same material as the fuselage. That is, in Fig. 3, 1 is the aircraft, 2
are L-shaped clips attached to predetermined locations on the fuselage 1, and both are made of aluminum. On one side of this clip 2 is a disposable washer 3 made of aluminum.
A terminal 5 made of tin-plated copper is attached to the end of the cable 4 via a gadmium-plated hexagonal bolt 6, washers 7, 8, and a spring. It is tightened and fixed to the clip 2 by a washer 9 and a hexagonal nut 10. Here, it is Washashi 7 that joins dissimilar metals.
and terminal 5, between terminal 5 and sacrificial washer 3, and between clip 2 and washer 8, but corrosion is particularly accelerated between terminal 5 and sacrificial washer 3, and between washer 7 and terminal 5. It is. and,
Corroded washers etc. are replaced when a problem occurs.

By the way, if corrosion occurs in the sacrificial washer 3 mentioned above, the appearance of the surfaces where the sacrificial washer 3 and the terminal 5 are in contact with each other will be damaged, and since the aircraft body has a current return path, the terminal 5 and the sacrificial washer 3 will be damaged. In some cases, a current of several hundred amperes constantly flows between the washers 3, and in this case, as corrosion progresses, the terminal 5
The electrical resistance between the washer 3 and the washer 3 increases, and the voltage drop value increases, thereby increasing the amount of heat generated.
If the corrosion progresses further and the electrical resistance increases, there is a risk of a fire occurring due to abnormal heat generation.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the purpose of this invention is to provide a conductive washer that can prevent corrosion associated with joining dissimilar metals and ensure stable electrical connection between conductors made of different materials.

This makes it possible to connect conductors made of different materials by bringing the light metal member into contact with the conductor made of light metal, and by bringing the surface on which the heavy metal plating layer is formed into contact with the conductor made of heavy metal. Corrosion associated with joining dissimilar metals, which is a problem when electrically connecting, is prevented. In addition, since an insulating coating layer is formed along the part where the heavy metal plating layer and the light metal member are in contact with each other, this insulating coating layer allows
This prevents moisture from adhering to the boundary between the heavy metal plating layer and the light metal member and causing corrosion to the conductive washer itself.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the configuration of an embodiment of this invention, and parts corresponding to those in FIG. 3 are given the same reference numerals. This figure differs from FIG. 3 in that a conductive washer 10 is provided in place of the sacrificial washers 3 and 7. This conductive washer 10 is manufactured by the procedure shown in FIG. 2A to E. First, the annular aluminum member 10a shown in FIG. 2A is plated with copper and then tinned.
A tin plating layer 10b is formed on the outer peripheral surface of 0a.
Next, the portion of the tin plated layer 10b formed on one surface of the aluminum member 10a is removed by mechanical cutting or the like, and as shown in FIG. Exposing the aluminum surface. Next, as shown in FIG. 2D, the sparrow layer 10b
A resin coating layer 10c is formed on a portion where the boundary between the tin plated layer 10b and the aluminum member 10a is exposed at the peripheral edge of the tin plated layer 10b.
This prevents moisture from entering between the aluminum member 10a and the aluminum member 10a. In this way, the conductive washer 10 shown in FIG. 2E is produced. As shown in FIG. 1, between the clip 2 and the terminal 5, a conductive washer 10 is placed so that the aluminum member 10a is brought into contact with the clip 2, and the tin plated layer 10b on the back surface is brought into contact with the terminal 5. In addition, between the hexagonal bolt 6 and the terminal 5, the aluminum member 10a is brought into contact with the hexagonal bolt 6,
The conductive washer 10 is arranged so that the tin plating layer 10b on the back side is brought into contact with the terminal 5.

According to the above configuration, the aluminum member 10a of the conductive washer 10 comes into contact with the clip 2 made of aluminum, and the tinned layer 10b of the conductive washer 10 comes into contact with the terminal 5 whose surface is tinned. Furthermore, a conductive washer 10 is attached to the hexagonal bolt 6 whose surface is plated with cadmium.
Since the aluminum members 10a of the two are in contact with each other, corrosion associated with dissimilar metal joining does not occur between them. In addition, since there is usually no moisture at the interface between the aluminum member 10a and the tin plated layer 10b inside the conductive washer 10, corrosion does not occur on this interface, and furthermore, the conductive washer 10 is placed in an environment containing moisture. Even when exposed below, corrosion will not occur because the resin coating layer 10c prevents moisture from entering the interface.

As explained above, according to this invention, a heavy metal plating layer is formed on one side of the annular light metal member, which prevents corrosion that accompanies dissimilar metal joining when electrically connecting conductors made of different materials. In addition, since the insulating coating layer is formed along the part where the heavy metal plating layer and the light metal component contact, this insulating coating layer prevents the boundary between the heavy metal plating layer and the light metal component. Moisture adheres to the
Corrosion of the conductive washer itself is prevented. This prevents an increase in electrical resistance between the conductors, and provides the effect of ensuring stable electrical connection between the conductors.
