Claims (1)
- 液晶層をはさんで対向する一対の透明基板の一
方に複数の透明電極を形成し、他方の基板には前
記一方の基板の各電極とそれぞれ対向するカラー
フイルタを形成するとともにこのカラーフイルタ
上に前記一方の基板の各電極と対向する複数の透
明電極を平行に形成したカラー液晶表示素子にお
いて、前記他方の基板に形成したカラーフイルタ
の上に、ポリイミド系の透明有機物からなる下層
膜の上にＳｉＯ２系の透明無機物からなる上層膜
を形成した二層構造の透明保護膜を形成し、この
保護膜の上に上記透明電極を形成したことを特徴
とするカラー液晶表示素子。
