常防止装置の制御回路図、第２図は同じくその定
着装置の要部構成図、第３図は同じくその機能ブ
ロツク図、第４図は本考案の定着装置の異常防止
装置が適用される複写機の概略構成図、第５図は
従来の定着装置の異常防止装置の制御回路図であ
る。 １３：定着ローラー本体、１４：定着ヒーター
、１５：一次側回路、１６：二次側回路、１７：
温度過昇防止装置、１８：制御素子、１９：リレ
ーコイル、２０，２１：リレー接点、２２：リレ
ー駆動回路部、２３：異常温度検知装置、２３ａ
：接点、Ａ：制御回路。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 定着ローラー本体を加熱する定着ヒーターを有
    する定着装置において、前記定着ヒーターの通電
    を制御する制御回路が設けられ、該制御回路は、
    電源と前記定着ヒーターとを接続する一次側回路
    と、該一次側回路を制御する二次側回路とから成
    り、前記一次側回路には、前記定着ローラー本体
    の過熱時に溶断して前記定着ヒーターへの通電を
    遮断する温度過昇防止装置と、前記二次側回路か
    らの出力信号により前記定着ローラー本体を一定
    温度に保持するよう制御する制御素子と、前記二
    次側回路のリレーコイルの消磁によりオフするリ
    レー接点とが、前記定着ヒーターに直列に接続さ
    れ、前記二次側回路には、前記リレーコイルを駆
    動させるリレー駆動回路部に前記温度過昇防止装
    置の溶断温度を越える前に開放する接点を有する
    異常温度検知装置が接続され、前記異常温度検知
    装置が前記定着ローラー本体に近接して配された
    ことを特徴とする定着装置の異常防止装置。
