Claims (1)
- 真空外囲器の内部に多数のコレクタ電極が複数
個の絶縁部材を介して挟持され端部でネジ止めさ
れた構造を有する輻射冷却形多段コレクタにおい
て、前記コレクタ電極と絶縁部材の間に絶縁部材
の端部を包み込む形状を有する座金状部材を配設
したことを特徴とする輻射冷却形多段コレクタ。
