  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金属性真空外囲器と、該外囲器内に配置された
    該外囲器に対して固定された複数の金属性ネジ付
    棒状部材と、該ネジ付棒状部材に装着された筒状
    絶縁体と、該筒状絶縁体上に更に装着された複数
    の絶縁性スペーサと、外周部が該筒状スペーサ間
    に支持されて、前記ネジ付棒状部材の軸方向に互
    いに離隔された複数コレクタ電極と、前記ネジ付
    棒状部材に螺着されて、前記筒状スペーサ間にコ
    レクタ電極を挟持固定するナツトとを備える輻射
    冷却形多段コレクタにおいて、 前記棒状部材上に装着されて前記筒状絶縁体に
    対して軸方向に力の作用するコイルバネを具備し
    たことを特徴とする上記輻射冷却形多段コレクタ
    。
