(Prior Art) Conventionally, climbing sticks have been simply long sticks held by supports for purposes such as play or building physical strength, as long as they can climb trees; The stairs consisted of treads fixed at a certain angle around a cylinder, and a safety fence attached to them. In addition, symbol towers are built to symbolize events or specific places at that time.
This was not to be used for play, building physical strength, or evacuation. As a play equipment of this kind, a play equipment in which a plurality of rotary discs are mounted eccentrically on a support post at predetermined distances apart, and the user rides on and off the rotating discs is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-21157. Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1965-1987 discloses a toy that is played by climbing up and down a cylindrical hollow space inside a ring body, which is attached vertically to a pole with a ring separated by a predetermined distance.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) This conventional climbing pole had problems in that it was not possible to attach a safety fence to prevent falls, and it was not possible to make it too high for safety and strength reasons. In addition, with conventional spiral staircases, it takes time to distribute and attach the treads, the connection between the treads and the safety fence is complicated and difficult to manufacture, and the cost is relatively high due to the heavy weight. It was hot. In addition, the treadle-type evacuation stairs had the problem that it was dangerous to step on them, and that the person in front of them could not move forward smoothly, making evacuation take a long time.

In addition, conventional symbol towers only visually give concrete abstractions through their shape, and are used for play by climbing trees with climbing sticks, for building physical strength, and as evacuation stairs in emergencies. The problem was that it was not possible. Matami Kosho 53-
The one disclosed in Publication No. 21157 is unstable and easily falls, and if it gets too high, there is a risk of serious injury or death.
In the play equipment disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-1965, in which the ring body is arranged vertically, the toy will not fall outward from the ring body, but there is a risk of falling straight down through the cylindrical hollow space within the ring body. Moreover, since it only moves up and down in a straight line, there is no change, making it less interesting as a toy.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was made to solve the problems of the conventional art. It gives a long tower a symbolic appearance, and adds elements that can be used for play and building physical strength. To provide a tower which can be used as an evacuation facility, and can be used for evacuation, allowing safe and quick evacuation in the event of an emergency such as a fire.

The gist is that a large number of metal rings with relatively large diameters are inserted into a long pillar erected on the ground, and the metal rings are brought to one end and arranged horizontally at regular intervals, and the center of each metal ring is Each metal ring is fixed to the pillar so that the imaginary line connecting it is a certain distance from the center of the pillar and draws a spiral around the center of the pillar, and the inside of the spiral formed by the metal ring is used for evacuation stairs, climbing trees, etc. It is located in a tower with a spiral hoistway, which is characterized by the symbolic representation of a vine on its exterior.

(Function) In the tower having a spiral hoistway according to the present invention, a long column is erected on the ground, and a large number of metal rings with relatively large diameters are inserted into the column, and the center of the metal rings is successively aligned with the center of the column. They are fixed horizontally to the pillars at equal intervals in a spiral around the center. Therefore, the metal ring as a whole forms a ramp with pillars as supports, and the ramp rises vertically in a spiral manner.

You can climb inside this ramp using the metal rings as handholds or footholds as if you were climbing a tree. If the metal ring is made large, two people can compete. Also, because the metal ring inside is fixed in a spiral pattern with the center of the pillar centered, you can't look directly at the ground below, so there is no fear, and in the unlikely event that your hand slips and you fall. Even if the object falls to the ground, it will be caught by the spiral portion immediately below and will not fall to the ground, making it safe. Also, if this tower is connected to the emergency exit of a skyscraper, people can climb down the metal ring using their hands and feet. Therefore, in these cases, the metal ring acts both as a ramp and as a safety barrier to prevent falls.

The metal ring 3 is attached to the pillar 4 via the fixed packing 6.
It is stuck to. The fixed packing 6 has a vertical pitch of 13 cm, and is displaced around the pillar 4 by 15 degrees. The metal rings 3 begin to be installed at a position approximately 2 m from the ground 7, and the first two rings and one in the middle have spikes 8 protruding from their outer peripheries to prevent climbing outside. In the figure, reference numeral 9 indicates branch wires stretched in all directions, reference numeral 10 indicates a ramp, and reference numeral 11 indicates reinforcing hardware for the metal ring 3. Also, 12 is a leaf that represents the theme of Tower 1, "The Jack and the Beanstalk," 13 is the entrance, 14 is the center of the metal ring, and 1
5 is an imaginary line connecting the centers of the metal rings, 16 is the center of the pillar 4, and 17 is a spiral created by the imaginary line 15, which makes one imagine a large vine of a beanstalk.

In addition, in this example, the explanation was made for climbing trees, but
It can be used not only for this purpose but also for evacuation purposes. Further, the total height of the tower 1, the size of the metal ring 3, the mounting pitch, the pitch of the spiral 17, etc. can be arbitrarily determined depending on the purpose of use. Of course, the metal ring is not limited to an annular body made of a metal material, but may also be made of other materials or composite materials having strength similar to metal.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, a large number of metal rings are fixed to the pillar in a spiral shape, so it can be climbed in the same way as climbing a tree, and it can also be used for evacuation in an emergency. can. Moreover, the metal ring helps prevent falling, and since it is spiral-shaped, it does not fall straight down and can be caught quickly, making it safe.
Additionally, the symbol can be integrated into the tower's outline. In addition, since there are many identical parts, it is easy to manage the parts, it is easy to achieve dimensional accuracy, and it can be manufactured quickly, and there is no wastage of materials, making it possible to reduce costs. Moreover, the shape is suitable for symbol expression and it is easy to construct.
