It has a structure in which this is covered with a lid member 2. 3 is a sound emitting hole bored in the lid member 2. In such a structure, a structure has been proposed in which the lid member 2, which serves as a protective member for the sound generation circuit unit, is engaged and fixed to the ball body with which its side surface is in contact, or is fixed to the sound generation circuit unit with an adhesive. The former has a structure in which a convex part (or concave part) is formed on the side surface of the lid member 2, and a concave part (or convex part) is formed on the wall surface of the ball body that this comes into contact with, so that the two engage with each other. Because the structure must be such that it can be removed when changing the battery, etc., it is difficult to obtain a fixing force that can sufficiently withstand external impact from this engaging portion. Also, even in the latter case, if only adhesive is used,
It peels off after being subjected to repeated shocks, making it unusable for practical use.

2 is the aforementioned lid member, which includes a sound emitting hole 3, a screw hole 4,
It has 4. This lid member 2 has a soft region 5 in the portion facing the ball surface, and a hard region 8 in the portion facing the sound generating circuit unit 6 and a mounting portion for a screw 7 serving as a fixing means. Here, the soft region 5 is made of hard rubber or soft plastic. The hard region 8 is made of hard plastic or hard rubber, and has a shape that covers the upper surface of the sound generation circuit unit 6, specifically, the piezoelectric speaker 9 that functions as a sound generation circuit. Reference numeral 10 denotes a groove formed on the side wall of the hard region 8, and a protrusion 1 formed on the soft region 5 is inserted into the groove 10.
1 is engaged. In this case, the hard region 8 and the soft region 5 are each manufactured separately, and an adhesive is applied to at least one of the contact surfaces of both regions 8 and 5, so that the hard region 8 and the soft region 5 are prepared separately.
is pushed into the soft region 5, the protruding strip 11 is engaged with the groove 10, and both are engaged at this engaging portion and simultaneously bonded with an adhesive. Reference numeral 6 designates the aforementioned sound generation circuit unit, in which the piezoelectric speaker 9 is fixed to the upper surface of the substrate 12, and the shock sensor 13, the integrated sound signal generation circuit 14, and the battery case 15 containing the battery are fixed to the lower surface of the substrate 12. There is. This sound generating circuit unit 6 is fixed to a housing case 16 made of plastic or light metal with screws 7, 7 at a portion of the board 12. During this screwing, the lid member 2 is simultaneously fixed to the substrate 12 in its hard region 8. Inside the storage case 16, a stepped portion 17 is formed approximately in the middle thereof, with which the periphery of the substrate 12 comes into contact, and the stepped portion 17 in the portion where the screw holes 18, 18 are bored is formed wide.
The position of this stepped portion 17 is set so that the surface of the lid member 2 coincides with the surface of the ball body 1 when the sound generating circuit unit 6 is stored in the storage case 16. 19 is a gas-filled rubber tube constituting the ball body 1, 20 is a thread-wound reinforcing layer, 21 is a rubber middle layer, and 22 is a skin layer. Reference numeral 23 denotes a flange formed around the end of the storage case 16, which is engaged and fixed in a groove 25 formed in the case storage part 24 integrally formed with the rubber tube 19 or bonded. The rubber tube 19 and the case storage section 24 are
Although it is made of butyl rubber that is highly airtight and has high elasticity, it is easily deformed due to its high elasticity, and even if the storage case 16 is stored in the storage section 24, there is a risk that it will fall off when a strong impact force is applied to the ball. be.
The flange 23 and groove 25 prevent this and strengthen the fixation of the storage case 16 to the ball. That is, the storage case 16 is held by the rubber elasticity of the storage portion 24 and is more firmly fixed by the engaging portion.

からである。 In addition, when the soft region 5 and the hard region 8 are bonded by fusion in the lid member 2, it is desirable that the materials constituting both regions 5 and 8 have the same or similar solubility parameters. This is because when such two materials are brought into contact with the other in a molten or softened state, the two materials are easily bonded together.

である。Effects of the invention In the present invention, a hard storage case is firmly fixed to the storage part formed integrally with the tube, and the sound generation circuit unit and the lid member are simultaneously fixed to this with screws, etc. There is almost no risk of the circuit unit falling out of the storage case.
Durability can be improved. Further, since the lid member and the sound generation circuit unit are fixed to the storage case by the same fixing means, it is easy to disassemble and install each of them.
