With this configuration, the sound is generated in response to various movements of the ball, such as when the ball is kicking or rotating, and the sensitivity cannot be adjusted, so there is no regularity in the sounding operation, and the bell does not sound when the ball is inside the ball. Since it is rolled, it does not necessarily feel good during use, and on the contrary, it has disadvantages such as losing interest in exercise.

Reference numeral 2 denotes a lid member provided at a suitable location on the surface of the sounding ball 1, for example, on the surface facing an air injection valve (not shown), and a sounding circuit unit is housed inside this lid member. 3 is a sound emitting hole formed in the lid member 2.

The center and center of gravity are the same. Specifically, due to the integration of the sound generation circuit unit 4, the total weight including the storage section 5 is approximately
It can be kept to around 20g to 30g. On the other hand, since the weight of the valve is typically about 8 grams, the balancer weighs about 12 to 22 grams. Normally, a play ball for infants, such as a dodge ball for infants, weighs about 200 to 380 g, so the total weight of the sound generation circuit unit 4, storage section 5, and balancer of about 32 to 52 g is the weight of the ball. Since the center of gravity and the center of the ball coincide, there is virtually no effect on motion. FIG. 2 shows the state in which the sound generation circuit unit 4 is installed, and FIG. 3 shows the state before it is installed. The lid member 2 is made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin, and is fitted into the opening 6 provided in the ball 1 .

A battery 13 is housed in the resin case 12, and is attached and detached via a resin screw member 14. The piezoelectric speaker 10 includes a piezoelectric element 1
5. It consists of a diaphragm 16 and a case 17 that covers these. The end portion 18 of the case 17 is made of metal or plastic, and the case center portion 19 is made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin. 20
is a sound emitting hole provided in the case center portion 19, and a sound emitting hole 3 formed in the lid member 2 is located above the sound emitting hole 20. The impact sensor 11 is
It consists of a cylindrical electrode 21 made of a conductive metal such as aluminum or copper, and a spherical electrode 23 made of a conductive metal such as iron supported by a spring 22 within the cylindrical electrode 21. Usually, both electrodes 21 and 23 are It is insulated and
When an impact is applied to the ball 1, the spherical electrode 23 swings, contacts the cylindrical electrode 21, and emits a signal. The sensitivity of the impact sensor 11 having such a configuration changes depending on the spring constant of the spring 22 or the weight and size of the spherical electrode 23, so the sensitivity can be adjusted by appropriately adjusting these values.

This storage case 25 has small holes 26, 26 bored in the bottom and sides, and when rubber is heated and vulcanized, it becomes semi-fluid and flows into the small holes 26, 26. It acts to fix the storage case 25 to the bag body 24. At this time, the rubber material is slightly protruded from the small holes 26, 26 into the storage part 5 space, and the protruding part 2
7 presses the sound generation circuit unit 4, thereby strengthening the fixation of the sound generation circuit unit 4 and protecting it. Incidentally, after being vulcanized, the housing portion 5 is adhered to the unvulcanized tube 28 via rubber glue, and is vulcanized and adhered thereto at the same time as the tube 28 is vulcanized. 29 is a groove in which the circuit board 7 of the sound generating circuit unit 4 engages. 30 is a flange portion formed to increase the adhesion area of the storage portion 5 to the tube 28. 31 is storage part 5 and tube 2
A reinforcing member is attached to the connecting portion of 8, for example, around the base of the collar portion 30 as shown in FIG. 5, and acts to prevent the cylindrical storage portion 5 from deforming. The reinforcing member 31 is preferably made of nylon woven fabric treated with RFL (resorcin formalin latex) to make it easier to adhere to rubber.

It is composed of the epidermal layer 34.

This pressure opens the opening side of the storage section 5, making it easier for the sound generating circuit unit 4 to come out, and further pushing it out toward the ball surface side. In this case, the sounding ball 1 as a whole is deformed, and at the same time, external impact is likely to be applied to the sounding circuit unit 4 portion, reducing the durability of the sounding ball 1.

This makes it possible to protect the storage section from deformation forces due to the pressure inside the tube, thereby maintaining the sphericity of the ball for a long period of time, and at the same time keeping the sound generating circuit unit in a state where it is less affected by external forces. can be kept.
