Conventional technology The use of the catalytic and decomposition effects of enzymes has been widely practiced. However, enzymes are easily affected by external conditions such as ft, and liquid compositions containing enzymes have problems with storage stability, and are currently subject to restrictions in terms of their use and product form. . For example, powder detergents for clothing can be formulated with proteolytic enzymes to achieve the desired effect, but even if enzymes are incorporated into liquid detergents, the activity of the enzymes is significantly deactivated during storage. .

Structure of the invention The aerosol product of the invention comprises a spout, a composition body storage chamber communicating with the spout, and a liquefied enzyme storage chamber communicating with the spout and separated from the composition body storage chamber. The composition main body and the liquefied enzyme are separately stored during storage, and are mixed and ejected from the spout when used.

The operating mechanism of the aerosol container shown in FIG. 1 is basically the same as the conventional one. Spout valve 31
When opened to the atmosphere, the composition body 15 is pushed out through the suction tube 17 and into the mixing chamber 33 from the opening 19 due to the pressure of the propellant, while the liquid enzyme 25 is mixed through the suction tube 19 through the opening 29. Room 3

In the aerosol product of the present invention, since the liquid enzyme and the main composition are stored separately in this way, it is possible to effectively prevent a decrease in enzyme activity during storage. For example, liquid oil-degrading enzyme
SP225 (manufactured by Novo, a bacterial lipase) has an activity of 80% when stored in a pH8 solution at 40℃ for 1 hour.
In addition, in the case of PH9, it drops to 60%. Therefore, even if this is added to a weakly alkaline liquid detergent, most of the enzymes will be deactivated during storage. On the other hand, in the present invention, the enzyme and liquid detergent are mixed together only at the time of use, which effectively prevents the enzyme from deactivating. Moreover, since the enzyme is in a liquid form, it can be quickly mixed into the main composition. Therefore, enzyme activity can be used effectively.

The combination of the composition main body and liquid enzyme in the present invention is appropriately selected depending on the application, but for example, it is suitable for use in detergents, cosmetics, etc. Examples include combinations of hard surface cleaners such as, proteolytic enzymes and bathroom detergents, and skin matrix degrading enzymes such as bovine trysin and cleansing lotions. Examples of liquid oil degrading enzyme include SP225 (manufactured by Novo), and liquid protease include Alcalasc2.5L,
Esperase 8.0L (both manufactured by Novo) is mentioned.

In FIG. 1, the liquid enzyme storage chamber 21 is made of a material that deforms under pressure, such as a flexible plastic such as polyethylene, a metal film such as aluminum film, or a flexible plastic coated with a metal film. It is preferable to use one that can effectively prevent the main composition from diffusing into the liquid enzyme storage chamber during storage.

Furthermore, although Fig. 1 describes a structure in which the main body of the composition and the propellant are put together and the main body of the composition and the liquid enzyme are jetted out by the pressure of the propellant, the aerosol container in the present invention is limited to this. It is not something that will be done. For example, separate propellants are used for both the liquid enzyme and the main composition. A so-called double-barreled aerosol product may also be used. moreover,
The aerosol product of the present invention can also be sealed into a double-walled container without mixing the main composition, liquid enzyme, and propellant. Inside the aerosol container, a composition body storage chamber and a liquid enzyme storage chamber each formed of a partition wall that can be deformed by pressure are provided, and the periphery of the chamber is filled with pressurized gas.
By opening the ejection valve, the separately stored composition main body and liquid enzyme are mixed and ejected without being accompanied by ejection gas. An aerosol container that can separately store the composition itself and the liquid enzyme is

Effects of the invention According to the invention, by separating the main composition and the liquid enzyme and storing them in an aerosol container, the liquid enzyme is stabilized during storage without being deactivated by the influence of the composition main body. is held in
On the other hand, during use, the liquid enzyme is quickly mixed into the main body of the composition, allowing its activity to be fully exhibited. Moreover, since it is stored in an aerosol container, it can be used with just one touch, making it very easy to use.
