- 切断すべき基板を取りつけたプレートを真空吸
着によりテーブルに固定して切断する基板切断用
プレートにおいて、前記プレートの一面の外周の
厚みを薄くし、フランジ面部を形成したことを特
徴とする基板切断用プレート。
