(産業上の利用分野)
本案は低温食品と高温食品を一緒に収納した容

(従来技術)
従来、1つの店頭でアイスクリーム等の低温食
品とフライドチキン等の高温食品を野菜サラダ等

食品、常温食品を同時に持ち歩くことになり、し
たがつて食品相互が互いに影響し合つて品質を悪

(問題点を解決するための手段)
したがつて本案の技術的課題は、高温食品、低
温食品、常温食品相互が互いに品質上、悪影響し
合うことのない容器を提供することを目的とする
もので、この技術的課題を解決する本案の技術的
手段は、1つの外容器内に下から野菜サラダ等の
常温食品を入れた内容器、紙トレー、アイスクリ
ーム等の低温食品の上にドライアイスをのせたも
のを入れた内容器、フライドチキン等の高温食品
をいれた内容器を順次積層充填して閉蓋したとこ
ろの低温食品と高温食品を一緒に収納した容器で

の品温について測定したところ、フライドチキン
10の下にサラダ容器2をおいた結果、サラダ品
温が40℃まで上昇して品質が劣化した。(第5図
参照)

第13図よりアイス上、チキン下とした試料の
品温の降下は、チキンを上部にした試料より早い
ことがわかる。これは対流により冷却されたもの
