Claims (1)
- 基端側には被把持部が設けられ、この被把持部
にはその中心軸を中心として回転する回転装置が
設けられ、先端側には前記被把持部と同軸にかつ
前記回転装置を介して回転するスタイラスフイン
が設けられ、前記回転装置とスタイラスフインと
は、前記中心軸から偏心した略コ状のアームによ
り接続され、そのアームにはワークとの当接面が
形成され、その当接面は、スタイラスの水平ある
いは垂直方向の運動により当接面がワークと当接
するときにその当接力の作用線が前記中心軸の軸
外を通るような曲面に形成されていることを特徴
とする形状測定用スタイラス。
