However, the water storage surface in the water storage tank sometimes freezes, which has the problem of preventing the electrode rod from detecting the water level or, in the worst case, causing electrical failure of the electrode rod.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, and its purpose is to enable the electrode rod to accurately detect the water level and always maintain a constant water level without freezing even in winter. It is an object of the present invention to provide a water level control device that is completely free from electrical failure.

The drawing shows a longitudinal sectional view of the water level control device of this embodiment. In the figure, A indicates a water storage tank, which is made of a material such as synthetic resin, reinforced plastic, metal, etc. that can sufficiently withstand internal water storage pressure, and is formed into a desired shape such as cylindrical or cubic.

In addition, the water storage tank A includes various equipment such as an electrode rod (water level detection means) 1 suspended on the ceiling wall 1A, a constant water level valve 4 connected to a ball tap faucet 3 floating on the water storage surface, and an overflow pipe. 5. Connects pipes such as the water supply pipe 6 that supplies the supply equipment.

At least three electrode rods 1 are required, and each electrode rod 1 is supported by an electrode seat 7 fixedly attached to the ceiling wall 1A, and extends into the water storage tank A through the electrode seat 7.
The tip of one of them 1a is always immersed in water up to near the bottom wall 2A, the tip of the other one 1b is up to the predetermined lower limit of water storage in the tank body 1, and the other one 1c The tip is water storage tank A
These electrode rods 1 are suspended in the water storage tank A so as to reach the upper limit of the storage water level, and as the water level in the water storage tank A rises and falls, the water level of these electrode rods 1 is lower than the tip of the electrode rod 1b whose tip is located at the lower limit water level. When it descends, a water pump (not shown) operates to supply water into the water storage tank A via the ball tap faucet 3 and constant water level valve 4, and the electrode rod 1c whose tip is located at the upper limit water level
When the water level rises to the top of the water tank A, the water pump stops operating and is electrically connected to the water storage tank A so that the supply of water to the water storage tank A is stopped.

A group of electrode rods 1a, 1b, and 1c is covered with a heat insulating cylinder 2 that is open only at the bottom that hangs down from the top wall 1A. The heat insulating tube 2 is formed by molding a heat insulating material such as styrofoam or urethane foam into a cylindrical shape and opening the bottom near the bottom of the water storage tank A.
Groups a, 1b, and 1c are isolated from the water storage surface outside the heat insulating cylinder 2 and from the air.

In the constant water level valve 4, the pressure chamber behind the internal main valve is connected to the ball tap faucet 3 via a small diameter connecting pipe 8, and when the ball tap faucet 3 is closed, the leakage path for water flowing into the pressure chamber is blocked. The pressure chamber increases its volume as water flows in and closes by pushing down the main valve. When the water level falls and the float 3a moves down, a large amount of water is immediately pumped up to the water storage tank via the water pump 9. To quickly maintain a constant water level in a water storage tank A by supplying water to the tank A.

In addition, even if the constant water level valve 4 and the ball tap faucet 3 are covered with a heat insulating material, the pumping pipe 9 that protrudes into the water storage tank A and the connecting pipe 8 are also covered with a heat insulating material to prevent the appliances 3 and 4 from freezing. It is also optional to have a structure that prevents damage caused by freezing of the pipes 8 and 9.

It goes without saying that the ball tap faucet 3 of the constant water level valve 4 may be, for example, a solenoid valve.

As mentioned above, the present invention has an electrode rod inserted into an insulated tube suspended from the top wall of a water storage tank with an opening at the bottom to isolate the electrode rod from the water surface and air outside the insulated tube. Even if the water storage surface inside the tank freezes, the water storage surface inside the insulated cylinder will not freeze, and therefore the water temperature on the water storage surface can be kept higher than the water storage temperature outside the insulated cylinder, preventing damage to the electrode rod due to freezing. , breakage of electrical parts, etc. can be prevented, and accurate detection can be performed at all times.

依つて所期の目的を達成し得る。 Thus, the intended purpose can be achieved.
