問題があった。(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, in conventional resin welding, the welding gun and synthetic resin welding rod are manually directed and moved to the joint of the workpiece to join by welding. Manual welding machines and semi-automatic welding machines are used, and the operator maintains the welding gun and welding rod at a specified angle relative to the joint of the workpiece, and controls the feeding of the welding rod and the degree of welding to the joint. Since the welding process is carried out by manually moving it along the welding area based on the individual's judgment, there are large individual differences in quality and production efficiency between individual workers. There were problems such as the need to retain skilled specialized engineers.

An automatic welding device for synthetic resin materials is proposed, characterized in that the head section is mounted to drive the welding rod horizontally and operated by an operating section to interlock the drive of the welding rod feeding device. The head mounted on the machine frame is operated by facing the joint of the workpiece, and the tip of the welding rod fed by the feeding device and the joint of the workpiece are connected to the nozzle of the welding gun. This goal is achieved by sequentially melting the material with hot air jetted from the pipe, and automatically welding by driving the head part that can be linked to this process along the joint.

The welding head is moved in conjunction with this welding operation and is driven sequentially over the machine frame along the joint of the welding object. At the completion point set for operation, the operation of the welding gun, the driving of the welding rod feeding device, and the driving of the head section are temporarily stopped, and then the head section is driven back to the base point on the machine frame.

ことができる点で効果がある。In FIGS. 18 to 20, a plurality of welding head parts 6
To explain the automatic welding device 1 in which a plurality of heads are arranged in a row on a support frame 7a, a welding head part 6 is fixed immovably to the machine frame 4, and the nozzle part 18 is moved up and down by one angle in the center. A horizontal rod 19 connects each welding gun 16 and 16 with pivotally supported parts.
a, and this connecting horizontal rod 19a is connected to a crank 20a attached to the motor 21, and the motor 21 is operated at t.
This drive of the crank 20a interlocks the connecting crossbars 19a to vibrate the nozzle portions 18.18 of each welding gun 16.16 up and down, thereby moving the left and right ends of the machine frame 4 to the rack ( The multi-row welding head 6 is mounted on the slide plates 3, 3 of the slide rails 2a, 2a (not shown), and the motor 5 on the plate 3 drives the multi-row welding head 6 in the front-back direction. The mechanism interlocked with the welding rod feeding device (not shown) is the same as that explained in FIGS. 16 and 17 above. This automatic welding device equipped with a multi-row welding head section can be used for a plurality of joints 3 along the same direction.
This is effective in that the objects to be welded 35 having the objects 5a, . . . can be simultaneously and quickly welded.

を自動的に行うことも可能である。Each of the automatic welding apparatuses capable of carrying out the present invention described above is equipped with an operation panel equipped with various operation switches on the welding head, and is capable of driving the movement of the welding head, driving the welding rod feeding device of the head, and The interlocking mechanism for the melting operation of the welding gun is configured by setting the speed of each drive according to the thickness of the welding rod, the welding capacity of the welding gun, etc., and by operating this operation panel at any time, a single head unit can be operated. In an automatic welding device equipped with a welding device, the welding head section 6 is operated to transfer the lower end of the welding rod 9 fed by the feeding device 8 to the workpiece 55.
The welding rod 9 is heated by hot air jetted from the nozzle part 18 of the welding gun 16, which is applied to the base point (start) of the joint 35a of the welding rod 9 and is swung up and down along the length direction of the welding rod 9 and the joint 35a. The tip and the joint part 35a are melted and welded while being reciprocated up and down with a constant amplitude along the length direction (see Figures 1.5, 9, 10, and 13.14) to correspond to the progress of this welding process. Then, the welding head 6 is gradually moved and driven on the slide rail 4a of the machine frame 4 in the direction along the joint 35a of the workpiece 35 to achieve a fixed welding distance, that is, the joint 35a of the workpiece 35. The operation is stopped at a point that has gone too far from the end, and the welding end of the welding rod 9 is fused only by the hot air jetted from the nozzle part 18 of the welding gun 16. After the hot air jetting stops, the welding head part 6 is moved to the machine frame 4. It is driven to travel on the slide rail 4a to the base point (start), returns, and stops. Next, move the machine frame 4 to the slide rails 2a of the peripheral frames 2, 2.
, 2a so that the welding head 6 faces the next joint 35a, and by repeating the welding operation by the above operation, the joints 35a of the workpiece 35 are automatically welded one after another. It's something that will happen. By automatically driving and interlocking the manual movement of the machine frame 4 in the surrounding frames 2, 2 with a motor corresponding to the automatic welding by the welding head 6, the welding position of the workpiece 35 (joint Part) It is also possible to make changes automatically.

It is also possible to change the welding position (joint part) by moving the welding table 30, as shown in Figs. Equipped with an air chuck table 32 consisting of a member 53, each member of the workpiece 35 is attracted to the surface of the suction member 33 of the air chuck table 32 by a suction device (not shown) such as a vacuum pump installed separately, so that they are mutually attached. joint part 35a of
Since the welding head 6 can be fixed at a desired angle and in close contact with each other, highly accurate automatic welding by the welding head 6 can be achieved.

る。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the automatic welding device of the present invention horizontally drives the head section, which is composed of a welding rod feeding device and a welding gun that operates in conjunction with the welding rod feeding device so as to be exposed at a predetermined angle. The welding rod feeding device in the head and the welding rod feed groove in the head are linked to operate the welding rod in correspondence with each other. It is possible to automatically weld and move the joints of workpieces placed abutting each other along their lengths using a head that drives horizontally back and forth or left and right. It is possible to easily and quickly weld members made of synthetic resin materials using a welding device, and the driving functions of the head section and welding rod feeding device as well as the melting function of the welding gun are operated in correspondence with each other and interlocked. As a result, efficient synthetic resin material welding effects such as high-quality welding with no excess or deficiency can be obtained.
