Claims (1)
- ボデイ１に形成された流路２内に、流量に応じ
てこの流路２の開閉度を変位する弁体３，１３を
配設し、前記弁体３，１３または、前記流路２を
形成するボデイ１のうちのいずれか一方に電磁石
４を配設するとともに、この電磁石４の磁力を設
定し得る制御部材６を設け、また、いずれか他方
に前記電磁石４の磁力を検知して信号を発する磁
力センサ５を配設し、前記電磁石４の磁力を設定
することにより、前記弁体３，１３の開閉度が所
望の流量に応じた状態となつた時に、前記磁力セ
ンサ５が信号を発するようにしたことを特徴とす
る流量スイツチ。
