Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 出力軸と一体的に形成された可動磁石と、該磁
    石の磁界内に固定配置されたコイルとを具備し、
    該コイルに通電することによつて、電磁力の作用
    で前記可動磁石を直線的に動作させるようにした
    直動型アクチユエータにおいて、 前記可動磁石の往復動作方向に平行な線上に配
    置された複数個の磁電変換素子を具備したことを
    特徴とする直動型アクチユエータ。
