【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はガソリンスタンドや洗車場等の営業所
に設置された自動洗車機のエアー吐出口を改良し
た自動洗車機に関する。

は自動洗車機の移動によつて第6図に示す如く水
平に押し出され水滴を吹き飛ばしているが、車両
全体に水滴が残つてしまい、特に曇りの日には水
滴が何時までも乾かず従業員が洗車後、乾いた布
でその水滴を拭き取らなければならない。また顧
客が集中して混雑している時などは人手不足にな
り、急ぎの顧客が洗車する際にはボデーの水滴ま
で拭き切れずガラス面のみ乾いた布で拭くのが精
一杯であり、サービスの低下を招く。このためサ
ービスを常に心掛けている営業所に於ては必要以
上の従業員を雇用しなければならず人件費が多く
掛つている。

らぬ自動洗車機を提供するにある。

形成する(第3図参照)。また前記エアー吐出口
2,3,4の吐出量は各位置によつて異なるよう
に形成している。尚、従来の自動洗車機本体1の
エアー吐出口2,3には直角三角形状な板材を、
エアー吐出口4には偏平な二等辺三角形状をした
板材を固着させて吐出量を所望の変化に調節させ
ても良い。

へ向つて流れ始めるのである。更に天井部1b側
に吊設したエアー吐出口4から下方に向つて吐き
出されるエアーによつて水滴が一層下方へ流れ易
くなるのである。従つて自動洗車機本体1が移動
して車両5側面を乾燥する際、エアーの流れは第
5図に示す如く適宜角度を持つた下向きとなり水
滴の残存量が極めて減少する。この水滴の残存量
を従来の自動洗車機で洗車ものと比較すれば、先
ず条件を水滴が乾きにくい曇りの日とし、また洗
車する工程を同一とする。実験結果は本考案品の
方が従来のものよりも水滴の残存量が約30〜50%
減少した。このため曇りの日でも車両5に付着し
た水滴を拭く必要がなくなるのである。
