Claims (1)
- 対向する誘電体電極の外側に金属電極を配置し
、これらの金属電極間に高周波電源を印加すると
共に、前記誘電体電極間にレーザ媒質ガスを循環
供給することによりレーザ光を発生させる高周波
励起ガスレーザ装置において、前記金属電極の外
側に弾性材を配置し、その弾性材により前記金属
電極を前記誘電体電極に押圧することにより両電
極を一体化したことを特徴とする高周波励起ガス
レーザ装置。
