In recent years, a double structure has been created by recessing the center part of the upper surface of the lid body, which can be freely fitted into the container body, and fitting a lid plate separate from the lid body into the recessed part. A container has been proposed in which a cold storage medium such as a cold storage material or a coolant or a heat insulation medium such as a heat storage material can be stored inside the container, that is, in the recessed space. If the surface is flat, the stored cold/thermal media may move easily during transportation and may become biased to one side, or the circulation holes formed in the bottom wall of the recessed portion may be blocked to improve the cold or heat retention effect. There is a risk of loss.

Reference numeral 1 is a lid main body made of synthetic resin foam and formed to be able to be fitted onto the container main body 20, and the center part of the upper surface is recessed to a required depth so as to leave a required width at the periphery. A lid plate 3 made of synthetic resin foam similar to that of the lid main body 1 is removably fitted onto the upper part of the recessed part 2, and the space created by the recessed part 2 is used for storing cold storage materials, cooling materials, heat storage materials, etc. It is configured as a storage chamber 4 for a cold/heat insulating medium 30. At the bottom of the recessed portion 2, that is, on the upper surface of the bottom wall 5 of the storage chamber 4, there are a number of convex portions 6 which serve as receiving portions for the cold and heat insulating medium 30, as shown in the figure, in a parallel arrangement at equal intervals vertically and horizontally, or in any other arrangement. They are set up in a scattered manner. As shown in the figure, the convex portion 6 has a substantially truncated conical shape or a substantially truncated pyramid shape that widens towards the bottom, with inclined side surfaces that are continuous with the upper surface of the bottom wall and have a flat top surface. It becomes more,
It is particularly preferable that the sloped side surface is smoothly continuous with the top surface of the bottom wall in a rounded curved surface, and the height, size, interval, etc. of the sloped side surface can be arbitrarily determined according to the size, weight, etc. of the cold/heat insulating medium 30 mounted and stored thereon. Can be set. In addition, the bottom wall 5 is provided with a required number of holes 7 for circulating cold air or hot air at lower locations other than the protrusions 6, that is, in the portion between the inclined side surfaces of the adjacent protrusions 6, 6. Therefore, the side surface of the convex portion becomes an inclined surface toward the hole 7. In particular, in the case of the illustrated embodiment, it is arranged at the center of a recess surrounded by four adjacent convex parts 6 vertically and horizontally, so that cold air etc. can circulate well when the cold/heat insulating medium 30 is stored. It's summery. The number, size, shape, etc. of the holes 7 are determined in consideration of the type of the cold/heat insulating medium 30, the strength of the bottom wall 5, etc.

A stepped portion 10 formed by a notch is provided on the side of the portion 2, that is, on the inner periphery of the side wall portion 9 of the storage chamber 4, and the lid plate 3 is fitted onto this stepped portion 10 so that its peripheral edge 3a is received by the stepped portion 10. It is preferable to implement it in such a way as to support it. The cover plate 3 can be implemented in various forms other than a plate shape with a protruding edge provided at the lower part of the peripheral edge as shown in the figure. In addition, in the case of the illustrated embodiment, the cover plate 3
Both sides of the top surface are depressed to form a recess 11 on the top surface of the lid body 1 when the lid plate 3 is fitted to the lid body 1, so that when containers are stacked, the container body 1 is depressed. Convex portion 1 provided on the bottom surface of the bottom
2 is provided so that it can be fitted into the recess 11 and positioned. The depth of the recess 11 is formed to be greater than the height of the protrusion 12 to prevent dirt from the protrusion 12 on the bottom of the containers from adhering to the top surface of the lid when the containers are stacked. In some cases, a convex portion is formed on the upper surface of the lid body 1. In either case, it is desirable that the cover plate 3 is provided with notches 13 and irregularities at required locations for attachment/detachment operations.

できる。 After storing the product that needs to be kept cold or warm inside the container body 20, the lid body 1 is inserted into the container body 20.
0, or before it is fitted, a cold/heat insulating medium 3 such as a bagged cold storage material pre-cooled in a refrigerator or the like is placed in the recess 2 of the lid body 1, that is, in the storage chamber 4.
0 on the bottom wall 5, the lid plate 3 is fitted into the recessed part 2 to keep the storage chamber 4 in a closed state, and the cold air or The warm air flows through the hole 7 in the bottom wall 5 into the container body 20 below, and the articles stored in the container body can be directly kept cool or warm. Furthermore, when replacing or replenishing the cold/thermal insulating medium 30 in the storage chamber 4, the replacement and replenishment can be done by simply attaching and detaching the lid plate 3 without removing the lid body 1 from the container body 20. operations can be performed.

Since a large number of convex portions 6 are provided at required intervals on the upper surface, the cold/thermal insulating medium 30 such as bagged cold storage material that is mounted and stored on the convex portions 6 is supported by the convex portions 6. A gap is maintained between the bottom wall 5 and the top surface of the bottom wall 5 outside.

ができる。 In particular, in the case of the present invention, since the plurality of convex portions 6 have flat top surfaces, even if the cold/heat insulating medium 30 placed thereon is a bagged cold storage material or a heat storage material, it is supported by the flat surfaces. Since there is no risk of the bottom wall slipping off easily due to the bottom wall, and the sliding movement can be restricted by local support, the bottom wall can be held stably and reliably in a state with a gap between it and the bottom wall surface.

が良好に行なわれる。 In addition, in particular, since the side surface of the convex portion 6 is continuous with the top surface of the bottom wall 5 with an inclined surface that expands outward toward the bottom, the cold air or warm air caused by the cold/heat retaining medium 30 can be absorbed by the convex portion. Good convection can occur around the portion 6 without stagnation, and since the circulation hole 7 is located between the inclined side surfaces of the convex portions 6, cold air etc. can flow through the hole 7 along the inclined surface of the convex portion 6. The cold air flows easily toward the inside of the container body from the hole 7 and the cool air can be effectively circulated.

温効果を発揮できる。 In other words, if the side surface of the convex part is perpendicular to the top surface of the bottom wall, cold air, etc. tends to accumulate near the corner between the side surface and the top surface of the bottom wall, and the cold air tends to be trapped especially from around the convex part. However, in the case of the present invention described above, the slope of the side surface of the convex portion allows the cold air around the convex portion to flow smoothly toward the hole without stagnation, and this also has the above-mentioned void retaining effect. Combined with this, the circulation effect of cold air etc. from the holes 7 into the inside of the container is further improved, and therefore, an extremely excellent cold/warm retention effect can be exhibited.

Furthermore, since the cold and heat insulating medium can be stored, replaced, and refilled while the lid body 1 is still fitted onto the container body 20, there is no risk of cold or warm air inside the container escaping for these operations. It is possible to maintain a cold state even during replacement or replenishment work, and to provide good protection for items that require cold or warm insulation.
