A container has been proposed in which a cooling medium such as a rod-shaped cold storage material or a refrigerant can be stored inside the container, that is, in a recessed space. However, if the bottom wall of the storage chamber is flat, The stored cooling medium may move easily during transportation and may become biased to one side.
There is a risk that the cold air circulation holes formed at the bottom of the recessed portion may be blocked, thereby impairing the cooling and cold insulation effect.

A stepped portion 12 formed by a notch is provided on the side of the portion 2, that is, on the inner periphery of the side wall portion 11 of the storage chamber 4, and the lid plate 3 is
It is preferable to fit onto this stepped portion 12 so that the peripheral edge portion 3a thereof is supported and supported by the stepped portion 12. The cover plate 3 may be plate-shaped with a flat bottom surface as shown in the figure, or may have a protrusion on the lower part of the periphery or a protrusion that fits inside the step 12. Various implementations are possible. In either case, it is desirable that the lid body 3 is provided with notches or irregularities at required locations for attachment/detachment operations. In the case of the illustrated embodiment, both sides of the upper surface of the lid plate 3 are cut out so that when the lid plate 3 is fitted to the lid body 1, the recess 13 by the notch can be formed on the upper surface of the lid body 1. When stacking containers, a convex portion 21 provided on the lower surface of the bottom of the container body 20 is provided so as to fit into the recess 13 for positioning. The depth of the recess 13 is formed to be greater than the height of the protrusion 21, so that when the containers are stacked, dirt on the protrusion 21 on the bottom surface of the containers does not adhere to the top surface of the lid. In some cases, a convex portion is formed on the upper surface of the lid body 1.

After storing the cooling medium 30, such as a bagged rod-shaped cold storage material, which has been cooled in advance in a refrigerator or the like, by fitting it into the recess 6 on the bottom wall 5 at a predetermined position, the lid plate 3 is fitted into the recess 2. Storage room 4
The cold air of the cooling medium 30 in the storage chamber 4 is not discharged to the outside, but instead flows into the groove 9a at the bottom of the recess 6, the groove 9b in the direction crossing this, and the area outside the recess. It flows into the lower container body 20 through the holes 10 provided at the locations, and the articles stored in the container body can be directly cooled and kept cold. In addition, when replacing or replenishing the cooling medium 30 in the storage chamber 4, the lid body 1
The above-mentioned replacement and replenishment operations can be performed by simply attaching and detaching only the lid plate 3 without separating the container body 20 from the container body 20.

There is no need to provide a storage section for the internal cooling medium, and the inside of the container can be effectively used only for storing articles. In addition, the cold air generated by the cooling medium 30 flows into the container through the hole 6 in the bottom wall 5, allowing direct cooling and storage in the same way as storing the cooling medium inside the container. There is no risk of cold air escaping during replenishment work, and combined with the heat insulating properties of the synthetic resin foam material, excellent cooling and cold retention effects can be achieved.

Even if the cooling cold storage medium 30 is relatively easy to roll, such as a rod-shaped cold storage material, it can be fitted into the recess 6 and securely held at a predetermined position within the storage chamber 4. It is possible to prevent the container from moving erratically or being biased to one side in the storage chamber 4 due to vibrations during transportation, and to ensure a stable storage state.

Because of this, there is a gap partially, that is, both the grooves 9
a and 9b serve as the gap retaining portion 7, and the circumferential surface of the cooling and cold storage medium is held in a state where it does not come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the recess, so that the contact area is small, and the cold air is effectively absorbed from the surroundings of the cooling and cold storage medium. from the groove 9a in the longitudinal direction of the recess to the groove 9b in the cross direction.
It communicates with the whole through the cooling medium to improve the cold air circulation of the cooling medium. Moreover, in the case of the present invention, holes 10 for cold air circulation are provided in the grooves 9a and 9b, which serve as the void retaining portions 7, and in the portions outside the recesses 6. Because of the positioning effect of the recess 6 and the gap retaining effect, it can be kept open at all times, including during transportation, and there is no risk of impairing the cool air circulation, making it uniform and extremely effective. A good cooling effect can be maintained for a long period of time.

等の蓋構造としてきわめて好適なものである。 Therefore, the present invention has a simple structure and can store a cooling medium such as a rod-shaped cold storage material stably in a fixed position and in a very convenient way for cold air circulation, and can always exhibit a good cold air circulation effect, that is, a cooling cold preservation effect. Therefore, it is extremely suitable as a lid structure for returnable boxes for shipping or transporting frozen desserts such as ice cream, cakes, fresh fish, pickles, and other items that require cold storage, or for cold containers for packaging.
