Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 コントロール回路２及び保護回路３を備えた半
導体スイツチング素子１と、前記半導体スイツチ
ング素子１のコレクタ側に接続された変換トラン
ス４と、前記変換トランス４及び半導体スイツチ
ング素子１のエミツタ側に出力端子を接続し、一
次側交流電源に入力端子を接続した整流回路５と
、前記整流回路５の出力端子に並列接続されたコ
ンデンサ６と、一次側電源スイツチ８と、さらに
前記電源トランス４の二次側に接続された整流出
力回路７とから構成されたスイツチング・レギユ
レータにおいて、 前記変換トランス４の一次側に設けた補助巻線
９と、ダイオード１３及び抵抗１４を介して前記
補助巻線９に接続されたゲート回路を備え、ダイ
オード１１を介して一次側電源回路に接続された
ＳＣＲ１０と、前記ＳＣＲ１０のアノード側と前
記保護回路３の間に挿入されたコンデンサ１２と
、さらに前記ＳＣＲ１０のカソード側と前記保護
回路３の間に挿入された抵抗１５とから構成され
た保護回路の駆動部１６を設けたことを特徴とす
るスイツチング・レギユレータの保護回路。
