- 基板に銅等の電気メツキにより導電層を形成し
、エツチングによつて同一円周上に複数のスパイ
ラル状のコイルパターンを有したコイル層を設け
、該コイル層上にレジスト被膜を施し、更に、之
等の上面に前記レジスト被膜を施したコイル層を
少なくとも一層以上形成したことを特徴とするコ
アレスモータのコイル。
