Publication No. 76125 (name of invention "snap switch")
It has been known. According to this device, a bridging contact is installed in the direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the operating rod, and the spring that provides reversal action and contact pressure is a helical compression spring that is tensioned.
Due to its small size, it is almost impossible to mechanize the assembly, which means that assembly is done exclusively by hand, which takes a lot of time. This had the disadvantage that it was difficult to reduce costs, such as the springs sometimes flying off when heated.

The cover assembly 1 is assembled by arranging the two fixed contacts 5 on the insulating cover 4 and inserting the ears 6a of the terminal fittings 6 into the grooves 4d of the insulating cover. The base assembly 2 has a fixed contact 11 arranged on an insulating base 7 so as to face the fixed contact 5 of the cover assembly 1, and an insulating lug 9a provided on a terminal fitting 9 in each of two through holes 7b. base 7
It is assembled by inserting it into the inner wall until it locks into place.
The movable part assembly 3 has a contact spring 1 in the operating button 15.
3 is fitted and fixed with a spring retainer 16 to form an operating rod 10 with a contact spring 13 installed therein, and this operating rod 10 is inserted into the through hole 17b from the back side of the bridging contact 11.
and lock the collar 15d to the rib of the bridging piece 17. Next, insert the U-shaped grooves 12b of the two levers 12 into the engagement pins 17c provided on the bridging piece 17, and
As shown in the figure, while rotating the operation button 15 along the arrow, the protrusion 12d is engaged with the square hole 13b of the contact spring 13 through the window hole 15a of the operation button 15.
It is assembled by fitting one end of the return spring 14 into the receiving portion 16d of 6. To assemble the cover assembly 1, base assembly 2, and movable part assembly 3, first drop the movable part assembly 3 into the base assembly 2, and then insert the terminal fitting 6 of the cover assembly 1 through the insulating base 7. This can be achieved by inserting the operating rod 10 into the hole 7a and pushing the operating rod 10 into the hole 4a of the insulating cover 4 so as to lock the locking hole 7d in the square hole 4b.

As shown in different embodiments shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the engagement with the U-shaped groove 12b naturally allows for free rotation within the required range, but a large force must be applied in the vertical direction. It is good to have a structure that does not come off in order to facilitate assembly. In Fig. 5, the rear leg 12a with the engagement pin 17c fitted into the U-shaped groove 12b is deformed by pressing from both sides as shown by the arrow, and in Fig. 6, the opening of the U-shaped groove 12b is deformed in advance. The engagement pin 17c is press-fitted in a narrow space, and in FIG. 7, the engagement pin 17c is formed into a circular shape with a long lateral direction and is press-fitted therein.

効果が大きい。 As is clear from the drawings in the above configuration, all partial and overall assembly except for the engagement between the lever 12 and the contact spring 13 can be performed by simply moving the members in the vertical direction, making assembly easy. It has become possible to mechanize the assembly as well as to make it possible to mechanize the assembly.Furthermore, each subassembly, especially the movable part assembly, has a contact spring and a bridging movable contact supported by a push rod via a spring holder and a lever. Therefore, it maintains a stable state as a subassembly and does not disassemble during assembly, which has a great effect in shortening the assembly time including the process.
