That is, this fuse holder consists of a body 1 made of insulating plastic and a cover 2 made of elastic insulating plastic. The body 1 is formed into a square box shape, and mounting pieces 3 are stretched at both ends to form mounting holes 4. Cover receivers 6 and 6' are stepped on the inner surface of the recess 5 of the body 1 at a depth H 2 approximately equal to the thickness H 1 of the cover 2 from the opening edge, excluding the corner 5 a. The upper inner surface 6a is a tapered surface that expands outward. The bottom part 7 of the body 1 is provided at a predetermined height above the outer bottom surface 8 of the body 1, and has slits 9 for metal fittings at both ends of the bottom part.
At the same time, a ventilation hole 10 is formed in the corner part 5a.
A protrusion 11 is provided at the center of the outer surface of the bottom part 7 and protrudes flush with the outer bottom surface of the body 1.
Terminal receivers 13 are provided protruding from both sides of the terminal. A lead wire insertion notch 14 is formed at the center of the lower side of the bottom 7 at the lower end of both ends of the body 1, and the bottom wall 15
A hook-shaped receiver 16 is formed inside.

9 is placed on the upper surface of the bottom part 7 of the body 1, and the upper ends of both side parts 20 have resilient parts 21 having inwardly arcuate shapes, and the recesses 2 formed in the cover receiver 6' of the body 1
The outer surface is in elastic contact with 2. The terminal plate 18 is the receiving metal fitting 1
7 is bent at a right angle, the terminal plate 18 is passed through the slit 9 in the body 1, and the terminal plate 18 is bent so that it can be bent at the edge position of the slit 9 on the outer bottom surface of the bottom 7 that has passed through the slit 9. The curved portion is formed as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, notches 24 are formed on both side edges of the terminal board 18, and the exposed copper wire 26 of the lead wire 25 can enter between the notches 24.
In addition, a pair of U-shaped cut lines 28 are formed at an interval R 2 smaller than the outer diameter R 1 of the insulating sheath 27 of the lead wire 25 . Therefore, when the terminal plate 18 protruding from the outer surface of the bottom 7 of the body 1 is folded toward the center of the bottom 7, the position where the end 28b of the U-shaped cut strip 28 corresponding to the edge of the slit 9 is connected is the most. This becomes a bending line 29 that is easy to bend, and is always bent at this position. By this bending, the tongue piece 2 is moved from the U-shaped incisor muscle 28.
8a is in a rising state. Furthermore, this terminal board 18
The tip has a lead wire soldering hole 30 formed at the center in the width direction, and is bent in the opposite direction to the bending direction to form a hooking piece 31, which is attached to the protrusion of the body 1. It is locked in the terminal receiver 13 formed in 11. The lead wire 25 is inserted through the notch 14 of the body 1, and the copper wire 26 passes between the tongue pieces 28a, but the end of the insulation coating 27 is supported by the tongue piece 28a due to the size relationship, and the tip of the copper wire 26 is Hole 3
Inserted into 0. In this state, the tongue piece 28 is inserted from the hole 30.
A copper wire 26 is soldered to the terminal plate 18 over the length a.

The upper surface is sunk inward from the opening surface of the recess 5, and the side surfaces 32 at both ends of the cover 2 are formed with an inverse taper, and there is a gap between this end and the opening edge of the recess 5 into which the driver 33 is inserted. 34 is formed. A pair of fuse supports 35 are provided on the back side of the cover 2.
protrudes to hold the glass tube portion 37 of the fuse 36, and the holding force of the fuse 36 is stronger than the holding force of the receiving metal fitting 17. In addition, the protrusion 3 is placed at both ends of the terminal portion 38 of the fuse 36 with a gap.
9 extends to cover the end surface of the terminal portion 38. When the cover 2 is pushed into the opening of the recess 5, the terminal portion 38 of the fuse 36 is clamped to the receiving metal fitting 17, and at the same time, the cover 2 is supported by the cover receivers 6, 6' to be in a closed state. In this state, the cover 2 is installed and the fuse 3
6 is now electrically connected.

At this time, the ventilation hole 10 is formed in the bottom part 7, and the corner part 5a and a part of the corresponding gap 34 (corresponding position of the ventilation hole 10) are open in the upper part, so that the stabilizer 41 etc. between the device main bodies 40 are opened. Due to air convection caused by the heat source, air passes through the ventilation hole 10, the corner portion 5a, and a portion of the gap 34. In the figure, 42 is a shade, 4

3 in the direction of the arrow, the cover 2 is lifted up against the clamping force of the receiving metal fitting 17, and the fuse 36 is separated from the receiving metal fitting 17, and the cover 2 is removed. At this time, since the tip of the driver 33 hits the protrusion 39, the terminal portion 38 of the fuse 36 is not damaged by the driver 33. Since the fuse 36 is attached to the cover 2, when replacing the fuse 36, the fuse 36 is further removed from the fuse support 35.

In addition, since a wiring space can be formed around the protrusion 11 and the tip of the terminal board 18 is supported by the terminal receiver 13 of the protrusion 11, mounting of the conductive plate becomes easy and connection of the lead wire to the terminal board 18 is made easy. becomes easier. That is, the presence or absence of the fuse 36 in the fuse holder can be easily determined by a photoelectric switch or the like through the mounting hole 12 without opening the cover 2 during the process of assembling the fuse holder as a component into a device or the like. . In addition, since the mounting hole 12 is penetrated, it is easy to dispose of chips when tapping the mounting hole 12 when using a normal screw for the mounting hole 12 or when tapping the mounting hole 12 when using a tapping screw. Become. Furthermore, the thickness of the bottom portion 7 can be arbitrarily set depending on the required strength.
