た。(Conventional technology) Conventional tea bowls made from lotus canes are made by harvesting the lotus canes, which have changed color from blue to brown and become soft, without attaching the stems, and then drying the harvested canes in the shade until they become soft. alms,
After drying in the shade, take out the fruit using toothpicks, etc., and place the fruit on top of water-absorbent newspaper, etc., then place newspaper, etc. above the fruit cane, and place a weight, etc. on the upper newspaper, etc. In this manufacturing process, the absorbent material such as newspaper is replaced many times to create a uniform thickness and a horizontal shape. Only shaped fruit receptacles could be formed. Furthermore, since the constituent materials originally contained in the fruit pods are forcibly crushed and formed into a horizontal shape, the constituent materials become strained, causing cracks and the like, leading to the production of defective products.

The product can be manufactured without cracking, and as long as the upper and lower molds are prepared, the product can be manufactured in an extremely simple work process without having to replace newspapers or the like.

るものである。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a convex portion having a circular outer circumferential edge that forms both inner side surfaces of a bottom surface portion and a side wall surface portion constituting a teacup on an inner surface thereof, and an outer circumferential edge of the convex portion. A lower mold made of gypsum material or the like having an inclined discharge part, and a gypsum material having a concave part with a circular outer periphery forming the surface part of the bottom part and both outer face parts of the side wall part constituting the teapot on the inner surface. A separate mold consisting of an upper mold made of materials, etc. is installed, and the harvested lotus stalks, which have changed color from blue to brown and have started to wither and have become soft, are dried in the shade until they become soft. After carrying out a processing step of removing the fruit through a lifting branch etc., or after carrying out a processing step of removing the fruit from a completely withered fruit cane and then boiling the fruit cane or returning it by soaking it in hot water, Insert the fruit cane into the convex part of the lower mold with the surface part of the fruit part facing downward, align the concave part of the upper mold with the convex part of the lower mold, and gradually press the inserted fruit cane for a predetermined period of time. A method for manufacturing a lotus teapot, which is characterized by draining water from the discharge part of the lower mold and solidifying it, is used as a means to solve the problem.

consists of two upper molds a and a lower mold b, one of which is generally quadrangular in shape with a predetermined uniform wall thickness, and has a bottom part forming a teapot c on the inner side of the lower surface part 1. 2 and both outer side surfaces 4 and 5 of the side wall surface section 3
A recess 6 having a circular outer peripheral edge is provided to form each of the recesses 6. In this case, it is also possible to form a so-called teapot c in which the center part of the bottom part 2 is slightly raised, so that the center part of the bottom part 2 is slightly recessed inward. Reference numeral 7 denotes holes into which assembly support rods 9 are inserted, which are perpendicularly drilled from the lower surface 1 toward the upper surface 8, and two holes are usually formed. Next, to explain the lower mold b, the lower mold b has a generally quadrilateral shape with a predetermined uniform wall thickness like the upper mold a, and has a bottom part 2 constituting the tea pot c on the inside of the upper part 8. A convex portion 10 having a circular outer peripheral edge forming the inner side surface portions 4 and 5 of the side wall surface portion 3 is provided. In this case, it is also possible to form a so-called teapot c in which the center part of the bottom part 2 is slightly raised, so that the center part of the bottom part 2 is slightly recessed inward. And the upper surface part 8 of the upper mold a
Usually, two assembly support rods 9 are provided protrudingly to be inserted into the insertion holes 7 formed in the lower mold b. 11 extends from the concave part 10 of the upper mold a to the upper surface part 8 and the side wall surface part 12 constituting the upper mold a, and is pressed by the pressure of both molds a and b from the concave lotus pedestal d. This is an inclined discharge part that allows water contained in the fruit capsule d to flow out during crushing. The portions 11 are usually formed at four locations. 13 is a string usually made of rubber material that presses both molds a and b; 14 is a hole after removing the fruit 15;
16 is the skin of the fruit stump d.

In other words, when the color changes from blue to brown and begins to wither and wither (9
From the beginning of the month to the middle of October), the lotus cane is cut from the base and dried in the shade for about 2 to 3 days until it becomes a little softer. that time,
Each fruit cane has a slight difference in shape, so depending on the individual differences, the fruit canes are dried in the shade until the skin does not break even when crushed. The above is the process required for drying in the shade. Next, take out the fruit 15 stored in the hole 14 using a toothpick or the like, being careful not to cut the skin 16 of the fruit 15.

However, when it withers and becomes bulky, the following treatment is performed. That is, the dried fruit stalks d are boiled for a predetermined period of time until slightly softened, and then fried from a boiler, or they are soaked in hot water at about 70° C. for a predetermined period of time, for example, about 30 minutes, to soften them slightly.

It is inserted into the convex part 10 so that the whole part does not protrude. Next, the support rod 9 of the upper mold a is inserted into the insertion hole 7 so that both molds a and b are matched, and the upper mold a is wrapped around the upper mold with the string 13 interposed therebetween. After the above process is completed, when placed on a table, the elasticity of the string 13 gradually presses the inserted fruit capsule d between the molds a and b, and the moisture is gradually removed. It flows out from the discharge part 11 of the shape. After a predetermined time has elapsed, both molds a and b are opened and the lower mold b
The tea cup C is manufactured by drying the fruit cup d which has been pressed and crushed into the convex part 10 and inserted into the water-absorbing convex part and the concave part. In addition, since the shape of the concave portion 6 and the convex portion 10 is formed to the extent that it completely encompasses the shape of the harvested lotus cup d, it is possible to mass-produce a wide variety of tea pots C with different shapes.

とは全く存しない。 The teapot c formed through the above process can be coated with varnish to retain its original color, or it can be coated with a paint such as sumac, which has high water resistance, heat resistance, and fire resistance. You can also. When a tea cup filled with tea is placed on the teapot c of this invention,
Since the bottom part 2 of the teapot c forms a horizontal recess, the bottom part of the teacup fits in just right and there is no wobbling at all.

る。(Effects) (1) On the inner surface of the lower mold made of gypsum material, etc., a convex part is formed with a circular outer periphery that forms both the inner surface parts of the bottom and side wall surfaces of the teacup, and the other part of the lower mold A concave part with a circular outer peripheral edge of the opposite shape that matches the convex part is formed on the inner surface of the upper mold, and both the upper and lower molds are used to form a mold for molding lotus capsules, so that they do not crack. The processed fruit canes can be stored in any shape by the concave and convex parts of both types, and the stored fruit canes are gradually pressed by the shrinking action of the elastic string. Finally, the moisture content flows out and a solidified tea cup with a so-called concave bottom is formed, which does not change at all from the original shape of the tea pot, so regardless of the shape of the harvested lotus pot, It has the advantage of being able to mass-produce teacups that are completely free of cracks, very simply and reliably.

Since it was dried while being inserted into the convex portions and concave portions that have water absorbency, there was no need to use any water absorbing materials that had water absorbency such as newspapers, which had been used in the past, and the work of replacing newspapers, etc. This method also has the advantage of being able to completely eliminate this problem and significantly reduce the manufacturing process of tea cups.
