Conventional structure and problems Conventionally, when molding a closed tank made of FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) using a foam mold, a mold made of urethane foam is used, but there is no solvent that can dissolve only the urethane foam. Ta. Therefore, when molding a tank using urethane foam, it is not possible to mold the sealed tank all at once; for example, the body and mirror parts are molded separately and then joined together to manufacture the tank. Therefore, it is very time-consuming and has the disadvantage that it cannot be applied to objects with complicated shapes.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the article molding method using the foamed molding material of the present invention involves forming the molding material of the article from expanded polystyrene, and then applying a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution to the surface of the molding material to form a protective film. Next, a synthetic resin layer is formed on the surface of the protective film, and then a through hole is formed that penetrates the synthetic resin layer and the protective film, and then acetone is injected into the inside through the through hole to dissolve the polystyrene foam. In this method, the dissolved polystyrene foam is taken out, and then the protective film on the inner surface of the synthetic resin layer is removed by washing with water, and a predetermined article is molded.

Embodiment and Operation An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. In this example, molding of a sealed tank will be explained. First, as shown in FIG.
form. Note that the rounded corners and surface irregularities of the tank-shaped material 1 are smoothed with an iron or the like. Next, as shown in Figure 2, an aqueous solution containing polyvinyl alcohol (insoluble in acetone but soluble in water, and compatible with expanded polystyrene) and a surfactant. For example, spray tank material 1 with a spray gun.
A protective film 2 is formed by coating the entire surface. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, an FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) layer (an example of a synthetic resin layer) 3 is formed around the entire circumference of the protective film 2 to a predetermined thickness to form the tank body. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, a through hole 4 is formed in the upper part of the FRP layer 3 and penetrates to the protective film 2, and polyvinyl alcohol and a surfactant are also applied to the inner peripheral surface of the through hole 4. The same protective film 2 is formed by applying an aqueous solution containing the same, and then acetone is injected into the interior through the injection pipe 5 to dissolve the tank-shaped material 1, that is, the Styrofoam. At this time,
The inner peripheral surface of the FPR layer 3 is protected by a protective film 2 containing polyvinyl alcohol. Next, the fifth
As shown in the figure, a suction pipe 6 is lowered into the interior and the dissolved polystyrene foam is taken out using a pump (not shown), and then the inner peripheral surface of the FRP layer 3 is washed with water to remove the protective film 2. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the lid 7 is covered with an overlay and the through hole 4 is

Effects of the Invention According to the article molding method of the present invention, a protective film containing polyvinyl alcohol that is insoluble in acetone, which dissolves expanded polystyrene, but gradually soluble in water, is formed on the surface of the mold material of an article made of expanded polystyrene. Then, after forming a synthetic resin layer on the surface of the protective film, only the styrofoam is dissolved in acetone, and then the protective film is removed with water and the desired product is molded. Compared to the case where the foamed urethane is removed as is, the molding work of the article becomes extremely easy, and it also becomes easier to mold the article with a complicated shape.
