Claims (1)
- 成形金型に所定の樹脂材料を充填するための充
填ガンを前記成形金型に対して着脱可能に連結す
る装置であつて、成形金型を構成する固定型およ
び可動型のいずれか一方に、製品部空間と連通し
て充填ガンを案内する複数のガイドスリーブを装
着する一方、成形金型の近傍には、充填ガンを成
形金型に対し前進後退動作させて前記充填ガンの
先端ノズル部をガイドスリーブに挿入・圧接させ
るガン脱着操作装置を設け、前記ガイドスリーブ
および充填ガンの軸線を成形金型の型開き方向軸
線に対し所定角度傾斜させたことを特徴とするフ
オーム成形装置の充填ガン取付装置。
