- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金型内面からキヤビテイに湾曲状のコアを片持
ち状態で突出させ製品に湾曲した手掛け用穴を形
成するプレス成形用金型において、 上金型内面側に嵌着させる装着部を有し、該装
着部の先端側に湾曲状に形成された手掛け用穴成
形部を設けたコアと、 前記コアの装着部を着脱自在に嵌着する装着口
を内面側に有する上金型と、 前記上金型の開き方向の外面側から該装着口に
連通する貫通穴と、 前記貫通穴に摺動自在に挿通され、下端がコア
の装着部上端と手掛け用穴成形部の湾曲方向に回
動自在に軸支されたロツドと、 前記ロツドを進退させる駆動手段とを備えたこ
とを特徴とするプレス成形用金型。
