Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発光部と、複数の受感部に分割された受光部と
を備え、これら発光部と受光部を結ぶ光路上に位
置検出対象物に取付けた遮光板を介在させてなる
光電式位置センサにおいて； 前記遮光板に切欠部を形成するとともに、前記
複数の受感部のうち少なくとも１つの受感部を常
にこの切欠部から前記発光部に対して露出するよ
うに配設し、他の少なくとも２つの受感部を前記
遮光板に部分的に遮られる位置に配設し、これら
受感部での受光量に基づいて前記位置検出対象物
のＸ方向およびＹ方向の位置を検出することを特
徴とする、光電式二次元位置センサ。
