Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 投光レンズを通して、検出対象に照射光を
    照射する光源、 検出対象からの照射光の反射光を集光する受光
    レンズ、 受光レンズによつて集光された光を受け、受光
    位置に基づいて検出信号を出力する位置検出用受
    光素子、 検出信号を取り込み、所定の検出動作を行つて
    検出対象の位置を検出する検出回路、 を備えた距離センサにおいて、 受光レンズ端部近傍に遮光部材が設けられてい
    る、 ことを特徴とする距離センサ。 (2) 請求項１の距離センサにおいて、 遮光部材は弾力性を有する部材によつて形成さ
    れていることを特徴とする距離センサ。
