In the case of a raised pattern made using a conventional technique, the surface of the raised part is flat and has no undulations, and this technique is well known and commonly used, so even if the composition or motif of the pattern is new, it will not look good. It does not necessarily attract the attention of the viewer, and the use of warp and warp yarns of different thicknesses is not welcomed because it complicates the management of the weaving process.

Therefore, the present invention creates a new curtain fabric that arouses customers' desire to purchase by changing the weave structure of the fabric to create a three-dimensional pattern with a raised surface, regardless of the thickness or type of warp and warp threads. This is what we are trying to do.

That is, the curtain fabric 20 according to the present invention has a contour line 1
5, the inside of the enclosed area is wide enough to accommodate a circle with a diameter of 10 mm or more, and the outer fabric 17 has a flat weave and a dense warp density, and the lining has a desired weave structure and has at least a rougher warp density than the outer fabric 17. 18 are overlapped vertically, and a pattern having spaces 16 is woven by the ventilation structure in which the outer material 17 and the lining material 18 are connected at the contour line 15, and after weaving, at least the lining material of the spaces 16 is woven. 18
The back weft 14 of the fabric is treated to shrink, and the outer material 17 of the space 16 is characterized by randomly forming corrugated wrinkles 19 that continue for a long time in the warp direction.

This means that the fabric is woven so that there are no gaps between the warp and weft, and for this reason, the outer material 17 is woven with a plain weave. The structure is the front warp 11 and the front weft 13.
It may be a set of several pieces.

In other words, it is not necessary that the outer material 17 of the airy structure becomes a dense flat structure so that the portion 16 surrounded by the contour line 15 occupies the entire curtain fabric 20, and the pattern of the curtain fabric 20 is formed by the contour line 1.
5 and the space 16 may be constructed together with several types of parts 23, 23' having a weave other than the space 16, and the weave of the outline 15 does not need to be unified to one type.

入するとよい。 Next, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described. The outline 15 is woven with a weft double weave, the warp density of the lining 18 is set to less than half the warp density of the outer material 17, and The weft density is also lower than the weft density of the outer material 17 to make the lining 18 coarser than the dense outer material 17. To achieve this, the outer material and the outer material of each of the contour line 15 and the space 16 forming the double weave are made to be coarse. In order to weave the lining separately, the wefts to be woven sequentially are divided into the front weft 13 and the back weft 14 and are woven alternately. The back weft 24 is the left and right contour line 15
It is preferable to connect it with the lining material 17 and insert it floatingly between the outer material 17 and the lining material 18.

The higher the shrinkage rate of the back wefts 14 and 24, the better the formation.
Generally good results can be obtained when the shrinkage rate is equal to or greater than 3 and the shrinkage rate is 2% or more.

15に圧迫される様にして隆起する傾向を示す。 Therefore, when the wefts 13, 14, and 24 shrink, a difference in shrinkage in the weft direction inevitably occurs between the outer fabric 17 and the lining 18, and the space 16 of the outer fabric 17 is large enough to accommodate a circle with a diameter of 10 mm or more. Since it has a wide width, the outer material 17 tends to bulge as if being compressed by the left and right contour lines 15 due to the difference in shrinkage.

る。 On the other hand, since the warps 11 and 12 do not shrink as much as on the left, the outer fabric 17 and the lining 18 in the warp direction
As a result, the surface warp 11 of the outer fabric 17, which does not shrink, prevents bulges in the weft direction, and as a result, the surface of the outer fabric 17 has undulations that continue in the warp direction. Wrinkles 19 will be formed.

顕著なものとなる。 At this time, if the contractile back weft 24 floats between the outer material 17 and the lining 18 without being intertwined with the warp 10, the shrinkage of the back weft 24 will occur linearly and greatly without being hindered by the warp 10. This promotes a tendency for the contour line 15 of the outer material 17 to be strongly compressed on the left and right sides and to bulge, thereby making the wavy wrinkles 19 even more noticeable.

と言うことは起きない。 The wavy wrinkles 19 formed in this way are due to contraction of the back wefts 14 and 24 and not to the contraction of the warp 10. Therefore, even if they disappear when tensioned in the weft direction, the warp On the other hand, since the curtain material 20 is hung with the warp direction aligned with the height direction of the curtain, the warp threads of the curtain material 20 are The wavy wrinkles 19 do not disappear due to the tension due to its own weight acting in the direction.

不都合は生じない。 Generally speaking, when front wefts and back wefts with different shrinkage properties are woven into a double-layer outer fabric and a lining fabric, and the difference in shrinkage between these weft yarns is revealed after weaving, the fabric has high shrinkage. However, in the curtain fabric 20 according to the present invention, the outer fabric 1 in the space 16 where the difference in shrinkage occurs
7 and the lining 18 are vertically separated by the ventilation structure, and the difference in shrinkage is finely divided by the contour line 15 and does not occur continuously from one end of the curtain 20 to the other. , even if the back wefts 14 and 24 are more contractible than the front weft 13, the outer fabric 1
Curtain fabric 20 due to the shrinkage difference between 7 and lining 18
Unlike bimetallic or squid, the inconvenience of bending inside out does not occur.

とが推奨される。 In order to do this, as shown in the following example, the contour line 15 is densely woven with a double weave, and the front and back wefts 13 and back wefts 14 and 24 of the space 16 are reversed at the contour line 15. When the back wefts 14 and 24 form the outer fabric 21 of the contour line 15 and the front weft 13 forms the lining 22 of the contour line 15, the tendency of bimetal-like warping occurs between the contour line 15 and the space 16. On the other hand, the bimetal-like warping tendency does not continue unilaterally from one end of the curtain 20 to the other, and therefore the contour line 15
It is recommended that the weft yarns 14, 24 and the weft yarn 13 forming the outer material and the lining material are reversed between the front surface and the space 16.

するところ頗る多大である。 As described above, the curtain fabric 20 according to the present invention has wavy wrinkles 19 surrounded by the contour line 15 and continuing long in the warp direction.
As a result, randomly raised spaces 16 are formed inside the pattern, thereby giving a three-dimensional effect to the pattern, thereby presenting a new aesthetic appearance that attracts the attention of customers from a technical perspective. The benefits are enormous.

Polyester, filament yarn (50 denier/
1-24 filaments) are arranged as warps 10, 11, and 12 at a warp density of 93 filaments/cm, and the front weft 13 is made of polyester spun yarn (20
count single yarn), and the back wefts 14 and 24 are the front wefts 13
Using the same polyester spun yarn (number 10 single yarn) as above, weaving the front weft 13 and back wefts 14 and 24 alternately at a weft density of 15.75 threads/cm, the pattern shown in Figure 1 was created by (1) Space 16 The part shown in FIG. 4 has a ventilation weave consisting of a plain weave outer material 17 shown in FIG. 2 and a plain weave lining 18 shown in FIG. The front warp 11 and the back warp 12 are woven separately in a ratio of 5:1 with the lining 18, and the front weft 13 and the back weft 14 are woven separately into the front and back as shown in FIG. The weft threads 24 are not woven into the lining 18 but floated between the outer fabric 17 and the lining 18. It is constructed by a weft double weft structure consisting of a lining 22, and thereby the front warp 11 and the back warp 12 of the space 16, and the front weft 13 and the back weft 14, 24 as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. The ventilation structure of the space 16 is bound by joining at the contour line 15, (3) The part of the contour line 15' is made from the outer material of the woven structure shown in FIG. 9 and the lining material of the modified plain structure shown in FIG. 10. The front warp 11 and the back warp 12 of the space 16 and the front weft 13 and the back weft 14 and 24 are connected in the same way as in the case of the contour line 15, thereby creating a wind pattern in the space 16. (4) The part of the space 23 is bound by the warp 1 by the ventilation stitch consisting of the outer fabric 17' made of satin fabric shown in FIG. 11 and the lining fabric 18' made of plain fabric shown in FIG. 12.
0 is divided into front and back warp threads 11 and back warp threads 12 so that the number of threads is 5:1 for the outer material 17' and lining material 18', as shown in FIG. As shown in Fig. 13, the front and back wefts are woven separately, and every other back weft 24 is not woven into the lining 18 but floated between the outer fabric 17 and the lining 18. (5) The space 23' is woven as shown in Fig. 14. The weft yarns 13 on the front and back sides are woven in hot water during the dyeing process of the curtain fabric 20 woven in this way. 14 and 24 showed contractility.
