    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高温検出用に使用される温度検出用サーミスタ
    にスイツチング素子を直列接続しこのスイツチン
    グ素子のオンした時に前記温度検出用サーミスタ
    に現われる検出用電圧から温度を検出する温度検
    出装置において、前記スイツチング素子がオンし
    ている時にこのスイツチング素子に現われる素子
    間電圧を検出する素子間電圧検出回路と、この素
    子間電圧検出回路で検出された素子間電圧に応じ
    て前記検出用電圧を補正する補正回路とを具備し
    たことを特徴とする温度検出装置。
